Fast, friendly and efficient. By far, the best drive-thru experience that I have had in a long time. Food was hot, service was... fast, and the attendant was professional and polite. Read more

This Burger King is constantly understaffed and by far the worst Burger King in the Hagerstown area. I ordered a whopper with no... tomato and I said no to cheese. I got both on my sandwich. I didn?t find out until I had gotten home and I cannot have tomatoesso I didn?t get to eat the sandwich I just bought. It took a while to even get my food and they charge me 50 cents extra for adrink I didn?t get. I won?t be coming back, I?ve given this Burger King enough chances because I thought they were have badnight but that seems to be there standard. Read more

We went in and ordered our food at the counter and the place was empty. Nobody was in the dining room. It took 30 minutes for... our order to be ready. Meanwhile I see cars go through the drive through window. Maybe like 8. If you only want to cater to thedrive through shut the dinning room down this is ridiculous I won't be back Read more

They only take care of one drive thru customer at a time. This sounds like a ridiculous complaint, but hear me out - They will... take a customer's order, bring them up to the window, get their food, and then take the next customer's order after. Regardlessif there is a line, one order is taken and completed before another order is taken - this leads to the drive thru experiencebeing extremely slow for customers and creates a backup at the drive thru speaker, but creates the illusion that their drivethru times are insanely fast for their metrics. Regardless, if there is more than two cars in drive thru, I would recommendeither going in to order, or stopping at another restaurant - otherwise you're going to be waiting for awhile. Read more
