I have been going to China king for years and years. And I have never been treated so rude as what I was the other day the woman... hung up on me and then I was told that my food would be ready in 10 minutes I waited about 15 or 20 Before I went to pick it up.And as I waited in line I went on and paid the lady. She was extremely rude. Good. And she started waiting on someone else Isaid excuse me I don't have my food yet she said well it's not done yet. I said OK well then could I please get a receipt shesaid NO we don't give receipts to people who pay cash. The gentleman that took my order over the phone came out to me about 5 or10 minutes later and ask me what was I waiting for I told him I had ordered some soup and he went in the back and brought itstraight out. That was ridiculous I had to wait almost an hour for a bowl of soup because the woman was so rude and I mentionedit to the supervisor and he totally he totally dismissed it. Read it I guess hes so hard up for help he don't care how peopletreat their customers. I used to be a customer. Food was great and I liked how they have a device to take card payment at your door for delivery.
Food is pretty good. Cuina King loses points because they charge $4 for delivery no matter how much you spend. That is just... wrong. The restaurant is still not open for full dine in despite that every other place is now in full operations. Read more
