Only half of order was delivered. I called and they blamed the driver then said that?s what was ordered. The manager told me I... only wanted one scoop of meat. TWO of the FOUR bowls had anything but meat in it. Never again!!! This was over $50 and $80 aftertax, delivery, and tip. I find it hard to believe they think people will pay $30 for two scoops of meat placed in two separatebowels. I contacted customer service. I don?t think they graduated high school. Was not a good experience. We felt like we was bothering the employees serving our food. Very loud, tables were dirty. The steak... bowl was ok. Spent $40.00 for two. We won't be back. We could have went to a sit down restaurant with free chips and salsa withsomeone waiting on us for the same price. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would... Placed an online order and went to pick it up and they didn't have any record of it. Come... to find out another Megan ordered and they closed my ticket when making hers. Called the store someone answered and put thephone on the counter and left it there for about 5 minutes. I love chipotle but I had a very bad experience at this particular location. May be the staff was new but they put so much hot... sauce that it burnt my tongue and I had to throw away my burrito bowl after a few bites. When I complained they were kind enoughto give me a refund. This review is to only grab the attention of the location manager so that they train their staff andexplain to them how to handle a hot sauce. Very disappointing. They have been skimping on everything specially if you order online. And they get the orders wrong. I... mentioned specifically sour cream on the side which they did provide as well as on the bowl!!! Come on just close your storedown if business is that bad. Read more

I have ordered delivery from this chipotle multiple times and they always skimp you on everything. I am a vegetarian so I... started asking for extra lettuce, corn, and fajita veggies, but I still get barely any (see photo). I would go in person, butit is so chaotic and they have an excess of cars parked in front making it a dangerous place to walk up to and will take you anhour to get out of. I advise everyone to try to new dual highway one with the drive through, or just go to a local Hispanicrestaurant. Chipotle is no longer the quality it once was and is barely an upgrade on McDonald?s. Also found some kind ofplastic in it (second photo). Read more
