I was looking for something fun to do with my kids during the week this summer and we decided to go to Chuck E Cheese. It was... wonderful. The place was very clean, staff were all friendly and Chuck E himself made an appearance (my son loved it, mydaughter is still pretty young and was scared of him lol). My son went there for the first time on Saturday for his friend's party. He loved it and honestly so did I! I was able to get a... play pass for myself and we were able to play games together which we both enjoyed. The pizza was very good as well whichsurprised me! I had my sons 5th birthday here 6/21/22 and I highly recommend choosing them for your child's next birthday. Making party... reservations was easy to do online and our guests of all ages had a good time. Our party host (Ariana) was absolutely amazing.I couldn't have asked for a better host. We had our daughters 10th birthday there today and they had a BLAST. I?m so glad we picked this. The manager and our host... (pictured) and even Chuck E himself, were amazing. They were organized and kept us up to speed while timing everythingperfectly. The birthday show was too cute and the kids had so much fun. The food was hot and fresh and didn?t take too long. Thesalad bar was stocked and clean and I saw several employees walking around cleaning/sanitizing. The games were in good workingorder and it wasn?t too crowded while we were there. My son wanted to celebrate his 21st here at Chuck e cheese and at first I was taken back by the prices, we hadnt been here in... years ... But the food had improved and the new manager was the absolute nicest guy ever. He came to check on us a few times andwas truly just so genuine and kind. My kids loved it here we were visiting from NY my nephew had his birthday party here. they had alot of fun games for the kids to... play. The pizza here tasted really nice they bring your food out to your table and they have wide variety of drinks you can getrefills. We had a great time with our 8yo. It was a super hot day and we have been outdoors lots this week so this was a great way to... have some family fun and stay cool. I took my grandchildren yesterday for an impromptu lunch and play. We arrived shortly before noon. Upon arrival we were greeted... by a gentleman with phenomenal customer service skills, helping navigate the deals and what would suit our needs at the bestprice. He engaged with the kids and acted genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we enjoyed ourselves. A sweet female staffrushed over while I was paying and offered to take the kids to see Chuck E?s show that was about to begin. Both of these peoplechecked in with us and others during our time, again engaging with the kids with enthusiasm and acting as if we were allimportant ?guests of honor?! The young man doing the prize stuff was patient and so polite. Even the young lady who was calledto clean up my granddaughter?s spill was sweet and acted like it was no bother, even though they had gotten busy and everyonewas hustling. She later checked us out and she was equally as kind. The facility was very clean and the pizza was YUMMY!! Thecost was ?typical? for this kind of venue and although it?s always a little breathtaking, it?s expected. The customer servicewas second to none and that meant the world to me!
