I am very good customer and order from this dominoes on prospect st.hagerstown .md .my order before the one I just placed .I... simply put a note in the comments about there should have a credit for a order of 16 parmasian bread sticks .when my order gothere I asked the driver did someone see the note his response was ....yes my mgr just shrugged his shoulders and said ow well...well I promise u I will never order from dominoes pizza ever again ...I'll be eating papa John's pizza from now on what mgrsskills he has to the customers..it wasn't the principal of Read more
I just ordered some pizza and they gave us the wrong order. The lady who did the delivery messed up everything and not just... that, she is so rude and does not do her job properly. She expects the costumer to go and receive the order. My wife ishandicapped and she expected her to go outside to not only get the pizza but also take it back with only our 3 year old son tohelp take the order out the bag and take it back to our apartment. Her name is #Precious so in advance, if you order pizza justbe careful with who is doing the delivery, make sure it is not her. The 2 times she delivered, both times she has been so rude. Pizza was good, although one of them was thin crust extra cheese. I don't think they put extra cheese on it, and there was... almost no sauce. The one I got for myself was just fine. Don't want to sound like a whiner but there's room for improvement. Read more

I absolutely love this Store my order is always right and it is always fresh and hot when it gets here...I love that I can use... the tracker to see where my order is and I can be outside waiting when they pull in and I order from here 1-2x a week by far myfavorite place to order food from...Thank You to the staff you definitely are appreciated ???? I love pizza? not happy that I didn?t get points because my order was less than $10. But I?m homeless I can?t afford it like... that. And points would help to feed us again later on but I guess I won?t be getting from Domino Read more
good food but when you call you can be on hold for awhile. my dad called and it took him 30 minutes on hold and we eventually... gave up. if you are going to order delivery try doing it before 9-10 o?clock. Read more
