The delivery was great and the pizza tasted good. My issue is with the ultimate pepperoni is that it lack the oregano and didn't... have the extra robust sause I ordered, unfortunately. The Philly steak pizza was pretty good if not for the dough flat andcongealed at the center and the part ways to the crust, it didn't have the proper steak amount, instead they placed extrajalapenos in placed of the steak? I know it was substituted for green peppers as per request but the portioned amount was wrong,I like spicy but not at the cost of steak, not asking for extra either just the amount I paid for. I order from this location quite often and they always accommodate my requests. Even the new employees make sure they do what... they can to resolve your issue (ie: coupon not working on an online order)!! I love this location and will continue to orderfrom them!!! Read more
I don?t normally do reviews, but this was so disappointing that I felt like I had to review . Was really looking forward to a... good pizza in our new home - this was not it . The pizza had huge bubbles in it that were as flavorless and dry as the rest ofthe pizza . Crust was tasteless and crispy. We came from an area that had a family pizza place and we were hoping this would beas tasty and flavorful as that pizza was . We were even disappointed in the lava cakes . Definitely a lot to pay for a mealthat we only ate a little bit of . Even the drop off that was scheduled to be contactless was definitely not contactless . Have tons left over ???? Read more
Ordering was easy, not attributed to the store, but what is attributed to the store is this horrible ????!!???????? The bubble... popper must've been high, whoever made the crust should be moved to a different position, and how is that one slice have nocheese or pepperoni, when I ordered extra both???? kinda scared to eat it but I'm hungry so ????, only thing that went right wasthe delivery, THANK YOU JENNIFER!! I like the small hand tossed, cheese only. And did you know, if you ask for the deal with a 20oz drink its actually $4-$5... cheaper? This location during the PM shift has some quite friendly and helpful counter staff too, making your stop for afavorite so much more the better! Oh, and it is easily accessed right off Interstates 70 OR 81 if you are in a hurry elsewhere! Read more
First off I want to say that the pizza we ordered about 45 minutes ago was great and the delivery driver was nice and quick.... However, it says right on their website 20oz soda and yet when it showed up it was 16.9oz. I know some may see this as small andpetty but with all the new dominos commercials about delivery insurance and making sure everything is correct, this seems like amajor oversight. Read more
The Hagerstown, MD Virginia Ave Domino's has the best tasting pizza and it's always ready when I arrive. The place is clean,... staff is friendly and professional. and they are always hustling to get everyone's orders ready on time. Overall it'soutstanding example of how a business should be operated. Online ordering is down. Waited on hold 20 min to order no one ever answered. I?ve gone for curbside pick up on two separate... occasions and the wait time was longer than the guarantee. They were supposed to give me a coupon for a free pizza both timesbut that never happened?. Customer service is non existent. Food is usually decent. Occasionally very greasy or over cooked. Read more
