Every time I've gone they have taken way too long to make my drinks (and they are mobile ordered.) One time I sat in the drive... thru for 30 minutes from the back of the line to finally getting my drink. Just needed to buy a gift card, but the whole experience was so awful. Tried the drive thru but 2 cars were ahead of us so we... decided to walk inside and purchase one. No counter service. Was requires to use a kiosk to order. So lame. So we decided tojust use the drive thru. What a shipwreck that was. Tried using the rewards app and that didn't pan out well. Then ordered thegift card and still they still didn't make it a smooth transaction. So glad we don't go to DD very often. Always a problem. Read more
Waited 14 minutes on a cold brew and had to ask then. Person before me had their two cold brews and gone. Obviously it was... forgotten. No explanation or sorry for the wait. Just put on counter and walked away. Terrible service. Read more
I always come to this Dunkin today I came and got a frozen coffee and 2 chocolate croissants and when I got home and opened the... bag the chocolate croissants was burnt like why would you even serve that when you could have easily started over with warmingup new ones this place just keeps getting worse Read more
Seems the drive through is so busy the lobby barely gets much love it is impeccable. The staff seems like they're having a great... time most of the time. Orders get pumped out quick and on point. Food items served and prepared methodically. Double Ds AlwaysDelivers. Read more
Out of all the Dunkin Donuts I?ve went to, this one is my favorite. The inside is nice and clean. Donuts are fresh and my iced... lattes are always made perfect..never bitter. Plus they don?t try to nickel and dime you by overcharging for almond milk. Menusays 50 cents and that?s exactly how much they charge. Staff is very friendly and nice. The set up of the drive thru windowlooks like the building was once a bank so not the easiest drive thru to maneuver through if you have a big vehicle or truck andsometimes the line can get a little backed up in the morning because the parking lot area is a little small but it?s well worththese tiny inconveniences. I stop here on my my way to work from time to time. They are not that busy at the time I come (only a few cars in the drive thru... and no one in the lobby). I often have to wait 10 mins or more just to place an order. Unlike some locations, this one is theclosest to my route from home to work that gets my order right 95% of the time. BUT they are so SLOW! As I said I only stop byfrom time to time when I have the time, because I anticipate gaving to wait. If I come when I'm running a little behind I eithergive into the craving and wait or just forgo my coffee at that time. It's really a shame. "MOST" of the staff is friendly andwill acknowledge you, but you can stand in the lobby for 5 minutes and some will act like you aren't there. That said, today Iused the drive thru, as I usually do, and wasn't spoken to for about 3 mins, then they never came back. Multiple cars had pulledin behind me during that time and eventually 4/5 of them left. The two cars that were there when I arrived were still beingserved. This had been a 15 minute ordeal. I tried several times to get a second response from the order taker, but he neveranswered again. We have lived in this area for 4 years and the Maugans Ave Dunkin' use to be our favorite, but the standards ofcustomer service within the past year or so have declined. I will have to give my patronage to another Dunkin' that values mytime or at least acknowledges my presence if I have to wait. Read more
