I'm simple. Black coffee and a donut. Thing it the prices are soaring and the donuts are getting tiny. Service was fine, food... was fine, value is lacking. I rarely hit DD in spite of liking the coffee. Just not enough to get me there more often Read more
It was 11:30am and they were out of chocolate munchkins so we settled for glaze and this is what we got. The donuts were hard... and smashed. We said something as we were paying in the drive thru and they just repeated the total like nothing was wrong. My 3year refused to eat stating they were disgusting. So a total waste of money. Just opened near my home and it is super high tech, clean and staff was Super.
I grew up in the Boston area on Dunkin , and so had many generations before me. Not only is this the cleanest, and most... friendly Dunkin we have ever been to they have added personal touches that separate it from the others. One of the staff membersnamed Mickey, or Nickey who is an older lady goes beyond, and is always so friendly to my wife , and son. In which my wife , andson enjoy this particular Dunkin over the rest , because of her. That's an added touch you don't see in customer service wherethey know who the locals are and great them. I think that's why my wife goes daily to this particular Dunkin with my 3 year oldson. Read more
The franchisee has decided to take advantage of their proximity to the college by having much higher prices than other locations... in the area including Dunkin? in Frederick where the average yearly income is $15,000 higher than Hagerstown. After noticingthat prices average 20-40% more than other nearby locations, the convenience and location no longer appeal to me. Takingadvantage of students and charging higher costs for the same product (like 3.99 for a thin slice of toast and avocado goop froma bag) is a bad look. Read more
I live in the community by this location so I go here often. Every time I order they ask me to upcharge for however many cents... more and then give me attitude when I decline. Well today is 2 times that I have been waited on by the 30ish aged woman thatworks the drive thru and my drink was upgraded to the next size without asking me. Today I ordered a medium, she repeated mediumback to me, I get to the window and she hands me a large drink and shuts the window. After I pulled away I checked my receiptand I was given and charged for a large. I don?t know if you all are getting commission or what on upgrading drinks, but so notcool. Not to mention, most of the staff here is super rude. The only worker that is pleasant is the tall younger guy that worksin the mornings. Even though I live within a 1 minute walk of this place, I will continue to drive across town to Starbucks. Read more
