This Friendly's location is severely short-staffed so do not expect to be served immediately if it's busy. The food was ok-for... what you pay for, it could have been a lot better. We saw a lot of plates that weren't picked up with a lot of food left onthem. We ordered ice cream for dessert and we received two tablespoons of ice cream for two scoops. If you are paying $4+ onsome ice cream, the scoop should reflect that $4+ amount! We were flabbergasted! All in all we tried it once-maybe we will goagain but it won't be anytime soon. Read more

Unfortunately we were missing a small fry and when we mentioned it, we were accused of lying and trying to get free food. They... requested our bags back for them to check, which we did, they were still extremely rude. The food was good, but would notrecommend this location due to staff. Read more

I've been going to Friendlys since I was a kid. People who give low ratings order the dinners.. that's the wrong way to do it. ... Get one of the melts. There's a reason they call the BBQ Chicken melt "Legendary" now. It's still the best thing on the menu..besides the ice cream. I'm giving 4 stars though because, of the 3 times I've been to this location now, they've reallyskimped on the ice cream and especially the toppings... My double scoop black raspberry cone with sprinkles I kid you not hadmaybe 20 sprinkles on a scoop and a quarter... And my small cookies and cream sundae had one scoop and a tablespoon of peanutbutter... For $5 and the title of a "sundae", that thing should be SMOTHERED. I want to hate myself 3/4 of the way throughit... But they keep leaving me unfulfilled in that department. Read more

So I'm a little disappointed at friendlies now. When we went in it was 10:10 a.m. and they said we're not serving breakfast now.... Okay, I thought they serve breakfast till at least 10:30 a.m. . Because we was hungry for breakfast and they didn't serve it wehad to get other food. The food was good there was like two people serving and cooking and cleaning up and doing everything thatwe could see. And I know that's not new most places are having this problem and it didn't really bother us at the time becausewe were getting served in record time. I asked again so were you done serving breakfast this morning or you are never servingbreakfast again? And the waitress said as of 2 weeks ago we don't serve breakfast at any time anymore. I don't know if it's likethat at all locations but it was at the Hagerstown Maryland location. That is one thing that will keep us from going therebecause we only went there for breakfast. Read more

I love going to Hagerstown friendly?s the food is great and the servers are so amazing. My favorite servers are Sadie and... Amanda. Sadie always take the time to make our visit fun and friendly when I come in for dinner and see she is working we alwaysask for her my daughter loves her which is not normal for us. However Sadie makes it feel so home like and fun. She is sofriendly and happy. Amanda also always makes us feel welcomed and like we are family not customers. Our food is always hot andlooks and taste amazing. And the rewards program is perfect for customers that visit often. Between the free sundaes and they $5off after $75 spent oh and the coupons we get for bogo is great. I recommend eating here to many ppl and bring friends with ussome times. Read more

I used to work at Friendly's but they have since shut down in my area. My niece's would come for icecream when they were little.... We drove 1.5 hours to find this Friendly's for my niece's 16th birthday. It was very nostalgic. The restaurant has a largedining area, very tidy and welcoming. We had a party of 10, our waitress Julie's service was A1???????? She was very waspolite, patient, and accommodating. Nick was great too! Thank you for everything! Happy Holidays? Read more

Step back in time and enjoy family friendly food in an old school diner atmosphere. The coffee is better than Denny's and the... dessert menu definitely will not disappoint! I wanted the molten lava cake, but the serving was too much for me to finish bymyself. Instead I got the Hunka Chunka Peanut Butter Sunday. Packed with flavor! It's pretty amazing. Dessert menu attached. Read more
