Krumpe's is a small business cranking out fluffy, tender, delicious donuts. They're a tiny building down Donut Alley and the... line leads back to the main road, but the line moves quickly. The donuts were very good, but there is very little parking room and the hours are for night runs or preparations only. Would... recommend being prepared to park a bit further away and maybe buy some extra doughnuts for the next day. Read more
Excellent donuts, huge price performer. They have a great variety and their cake donut is solid, as is their yeast donut.
Delicious! They?re a bit smaller than others in my opinion, but the quality makes up for it. The Boston cream with chocolate... frosting is my favorite. The only thing to watch out for is that they don?t hold up well past 48 hours or so. Honestly that?sprobably a good thing when you consider what?s in them! It?s worth the wait if you get there and there?s a line. Nothing beatsgetting them still warm. I?m out of the Hagerstown area now but always put it on my list when I?m back in town. Read more
Went to Krumpe's tonight, there was a small line outside, music was bumping. The donuts are a bit smaller than standard store... bought ones but they are perfect size for me. Service was very friendly, will be back again! Read more
Just had an awesome experience! Hagerstown Maryland has a donut shop that only opens at 7pm for what the locals say are the best... donuts in the world! It?s located on donut alley and a long line moves quickly to order a variety of great donuts. A must seefor any visitor to Hagerstown. Read more
First visit and we received a free glazed donut; even before we had a chance to order. We arrived about 6:50pm and Krumpe's was... already open for business with people in line and crowded into the very small space between the door and the counter. I don'tlike food establishments where you have to make quick decisions because there is a line; this is the case here. But, oh so worthit! ???? Half a dozen for $3.75 - apple filled, coconut- filled, glazed, and Bavarian. Yum. Much better than the other K donutshop, which I think is too sweet. Would go back if in the area again at 7pm on a Sunday, not highly likely, but who knows? Stafffriendly and efficient considering the volume of customers. Read more
I finally got to visit Krumpe?s after hearing so many great things. They did not disappoint! I got a dozen donuts, each a... different kind, and all of them were great, even after being a few days old. (It takes a while to eat a dozen, haha!) I wassurprised at how long the line was on a Monday night. The staff worked quickly to fill all orders and answered all of myquestions. I even got a free glazed donut for being a first time customer! While the location seems odd, it is very charming.The next time I?m in the area I?ll be back! Read more
