As a past employee I know the tasks they have to do. It's kinda pathetic that I had to wait 20 minutes to get crazy bread...... that wasn't even made right. And the sauce was over seasoned. The lobby customers shouldn't be waiting more then 3-5 minutes tohave there orders taken. As we were trained. Good job. The employees are very poorly trained or being spread very thin. I justfeel bad for them. They didn't even have a employee running the lobby like there supposed to. I'll go to Frederick from here onout. Read more
I have 1 stars cause they will put door dash orders before yours even if you ordered before. On two occasions I waited 2 hours... for my pizza as they were busy with making door dash orders first. And I tested this theory out to confirm it by placing anorder in the store and ordering via doordash as I waited for my food. The dasher came right in and my doordash order was readyin 20 minutes although I already ordered 1 hour before. Read more
Waited over an hour for two pepperoni pizzas and cheese bread. Thirteen others were waiting over an hour in the store. They are... understaffed but they prepare the online orders before the customers who come in. Got my order and it was wrong. Maybe pay theemployees more so you won't be understaffed.???? Read more
This location is still TERRIBLE. Last night I went in to grab a pizza and it took 45 minutes to get one! After the place cleared... out and I was standing there waiting, the guy behind the counter tried to tell me that if I didn't want to wait I could take twopizzas and leave. However, they were two pizzas that I did not order and one was old. When I said that pizza looks old he said Iknow that's why I offered you two. I also watched him talk down to another customer that came in to pick up her food and wasconfused about how to use the code provided to you online. He also kept calling me momma which is completely unprofessional.This place doesn't care about the customers due to the location. And the pizza sucked when I finally got it. The only good thingabout my experience was the kind gentleman in the back that apologized for the wait and gave me my food. He was so sweet, greatattitude and only positive thing in that place. The code machine you pick up from is out of order. Disrespectful staff. This guy was upset and complained at my wife as she... walked out the door because he had to repeat himself. She is legally deaf, and he didn?t want to speak up. The food was ok atbest. Read more
!! Bad customer service !! I waited patiently until I couldn?t. I proceeded to ask if anyone was going to ring me up for an... order, all I got, was an attitude and a not at all friendly stare down by woman cashier. I was completely disregarded, and myunusually long wait time. The cashier then proceeded to take my order, ?as if, I was the problem? ?as if it was too hard to justask me what I wanted to order? I know both of the cashiers/prep both had seen me as they both had been looking at me with aside eye? she then took my payment and did not say anything, about sorry for my wait nor did the other man who was running theregister, as there was plenty of opportunity to do so, ever came to take my order till I acknowledged myself in both wherelaughing just behind the hot ready box as I was right there listening in disbelief? Why be so rude to a paying customer?? I getit it work is not favorable but it still a job why loose it for something that literally anyone can do and replace you ? it?snot rocket science. NEVER AGAIN! I was told it would be 30 minutes to get my order. I ordered 2 batman and 2 pepperoni best. I watched several... batman pizzas given to customers who had less than half my total wait time. The guy had 8 pizzas just sitting on the backcounter. Some of them over 30 minutes. He just randomly pulled order slips and about every 15 minutes someone got their order.After asking twice and 1 hr and 40 minutes later I had them process a refund. So I got home 2 hours late with no pizza for myfamily. The manager didn't even apologize or attempt to try and fill the order from the ones already done.
