Amazing atmosphere, classic American venue, food is fantastic, staff are great very accommodating

I truly struggled with giving this place 4 stars. Dont get me wrong, the food was excellent. The steaks were cooked to... perfection, as each wanted their steak a different temperature. All the food was wonderful. I cannot say enough about the food.The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The turn off was the fact that we had a wheelchair and the hostess had zerocomprehension that we needed a wider path to get to our table. In fact, he almost lost us. People had to get up out of theirseats to let us pass to get to our table. Definitely NOT handicapped accessible. Read more

Super place to dine. Food was delicious. Our server, Amy, was terrific, very attentive, pleasant, and efficient, The Manager... greeted us when we arrived, stopped by our table to see how we liked the food, all in all we had an excellent experience. Wewill definitely return! Read more

I realize that Longhorn is a steakhouse. But for someone that wants something other than steak your options are extremely... limited. And I mean limited. One, maybe 2 fish options and it's just salmon. Chicken is the same. Three family members andmyself went in the restaurant. The atmosphere is great and we were excited to eat there. We were seated and everything was fine.Then we got the menus. Two of our party wanted steak (Which is why we went there) and 2 of our party don't eat red meat. Weassumed they would have chicken and fish options. We were taken aback by the very few options other than steak. So to findsomething for everyone in our party we decided to leave and go to a restaurant with a more diverse menu. If you want just steakit's probably a great place to dine. Read more

First time visit and was pleasantly surprised at the variety and scrumptious offerings

Today was our 47 wedding anniversary. The wife and I Decided to celebrate at the longhorn steakhouse! We were seated in the back... 1/2 booth and 1/2 table deal , not to mention it was very dark no light! We were not happy about our seating so we headed backto the front of the house, wife spotted a booth so we sat down. Ronda house manager told us she did not have a server for us andit would be a couple minutes. In a very short time our drink and meal order was taken. We received our drinks 1 water and1icetea. Salad followed, then we waited and waited , watching tables being served that were seated after we were. We were lookingforward to our steak flo's Filet along with loaded baked potato! So here we sat waiting, this always seems to happen to us.After some more time and losing our appetites two eat or complain! We decided to leave, poor Ronda store manager did not know!She asks how was your dinners? WE NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!!!!! SORRY NO EXCUSE FOR HIT AND MISS SERVICE! We had a good experience in here, delicious food and good service. Tried sweet and spicy chicken bites and I love it, Longhorn... steak and lava rock cake is good too. The place is warm and beautiful inside. Read more
