Went to eat before heading up to big dub and picking up supplies at Walmart which was right next door. My food came out fine my... wife asked for corn tortillas she ordered an asada taco plate. The tacos came out with flour she asked for corn and they broughtthem wrapped in foil I picked one up and was dying of laughter when it fell apart after they heated them up in the microwave. Iwas expecting white people taco night from this place anyway as far from the border as I am I'm just spoiled having grown up inCalifornia and moved to Texas. These white people out here have no idea what real Mexican food is. The staff was friendly I didhave to slurp my drink loud being the only people in the restaurant and running out of my drink is a nono for me I still tippedthe girl ok it's not her fault the staff doesn't heat up tortillas with a Comal but whatever I suppose. Food was good, our server was hard to find and we waited forever to get our check. They only take the horizontal IDs not the... vertical ones so even though two of my party were over 21 neither of us could order alcoholic drinks and it was verydisappointing since we had heard so many good things about them. Ended up going with non-alcoholic daiquiris and they weredecent. Read more

First of all, my husband and I were just a few seconds after walking through the door. We were asked if we would like inside or... outside seating and was escorted to our inside seating booth. Chips and salsa were brought to the table within 30 seconds andwithout us asking and our server came to take our drink order within 2 minutes. We were not ready to place our food order so shegave us some time and when she returned with our drinks we placed our order. The restaurant was busy, but not overwhelmed andour food was very good. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only downside was our server took a while toreturn to our table to see if we needed anything and to bring us our check. The bathrooms were not as clean as they should havebeen and the women?s bathroom needed restocking of toilet paper in the dispensers. Nice place. Lot of selection....great service. I had the shrimp salad with Mango Salsa....very good on a hot day. Went with a... large group...orders were correct and everything was great ...we sat outside on their nice patio. Read more
Not too good. We used to eat here a lot, but it's been going down hill and I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. The... first thing I noticed this time was that the floor was incredibly slick. Like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I'm surprisednobody fell. After that, the tables were dirty and, as you can see in the picture, they obviously hadn't been cleaned in awhile. I hate to think about how dirty the places you can't see are... The service was OK. The food was OK. But neither wereanything special. 2 out of 3 orders were wrong. The wrong meat in one order and no meat in another. There are other, better,options in town so we'll be eating there. We ordered online on our way home from Frederick. We were able to select a time to pick up our order. We got there 5 minutes... early and it was ready. We got a taco salad with beef, and had some special instructions for the taco salad which were doneperfectly and Texas burrito which had steak chicken and shrimp bell peppers onions and tomatoes and rice with a cheese sauceover the top. Both of our meals were very good. We would highly recommend this local place for Mexican food the prices werereasonable. Light the online ordering and ability to put special instructions for each dish. You are also able to select adifferent day and time so you can order ahead. Food was good and came to the table reasonably quickly. Staff are overbearing and do not take the hint to go away. Must have... been asked 10 times in the 45 minutes I was there if I wanted anything else. The lights are unnecessarily bright in the music isway too loud for a restaurant. If you just want a good meal where you can sit down in peace and eat this is not the place to gobut if you don't care about the bright lights and the loud music and you're not worried about being able to hear the peopleyou're with talk then I would absolutely recommend it just for the food alone Read more
