Everything we ordered at the drive-thru when we got it it was cold. And we were just sitting in the car having it while we took... a break. Brought it back in and it took about 30 minutes to get it to be refreshed, never again Read more
Used the drive-thru...a bit longer wait than I was expecting. I ordered unsweetened tea because I'm diabetic, and they gave me... sweet tea. Bought two sandwiches which had to be reconstructed to eat, and the fries were stone cold. Perhaps if McDonalds wouldpay their employees a decent wage, they might provide better food. Read more
We always stop at this McDonalds on our way to or from West Virginia. This trip we ordered our food and sat down in the dinning... room. There was a boy sweeping the floor which was fine until he took the same broom and swept off 2 clean napkins from a tablenext to me. Please speak to all of your workers about cleanliness and not putting a dirty broom on a table where families eattheir meals. Read more
One of my weakness in my life is a fresh Big Mac. Sad to say most of the time when I do stop at a McDonald's the Big Mac is not... so fresh. The bun is days old and dry, the meat is dry and well the feeling that it's been in a steam table for way to long isabout what it tastes like. This McDonald's was just like the many others out there that don't believe in fresh food. This iswhy I don't stop at McDonald's anymore. Very sad, I really miss a nice big hot juicy Big Mac. Terrible! Placed an order for a family of 4, at the time we were the only customer's. Tea was empty, straws empty, lids empty... and it took 16 minutes to receive our order. Fries were cold and half filled . Come on McDonald's $35 to feed 4 and have towait for cold food ...... do better come on !!!!! Read more

Hot delicious sandwich that reslly satisfies. McDonald's coffee off course with lots of cream because this is consistently the... best every single morning coffee available. Always satisfying. Pleasant, efficient staff. Very clean, well kept location.
