Staff could not generate a receipt for me; said machine was broken. Was told to call back later in the day. When I called back... they said it?s been too long and the order receipt could not be generated anymore. Never heard of this being the case. Thereceipt is important for the per diem in my job. Well, I was here at about 2:30 in the morning, and was surprised at how busy they were. The burgers are just as good as ever.... The fries seem to have lost something. They weren't as crispy and tasty as usual. As for the service, there were 2 girls theredoing all of the work. A third girl came in and helped. There were a lot of cars at the drive thru, and about 5 people insidethe restaurant. I felt bad for these 3 girls because they were the only 3 staff members there and serving many people. As aresult, it took 15 minutes to get my order. I dont blame the girls. They did everything they could and were polite. Themanagement should have scheduled more people to work. Read more
Live the food - of course! - but something happened to the service. The Massey Blvd location has taken a HUGE hit in customer... service and speed. Don't know if it's a staffing issue but the speed - or lack of speed - and employee moral is way down. Read more

My experience was horrible I got chicken nuggets. And the guy forgot the fries. And the apple slices tasted like it had some... kind of chemical in it. The chicken nuggets made me sick after eating them. And the employees weren't doing there job andevading privacy. Listening into my conversations and laughing at a topic that wasn't funny at all. Update-8/2/22 store was cleaner than last visit. Staff was working this time and not goofing around. I ordered through the... kiosk. The manager had enough awareness to hand me a cup so I could fill my drink while I waited for the food. Nice job! Read more
After a long wait in Williamsport and then a plug broke on the Frappuccino machine causing another problem, my card was refunded... at full price. I used the app and used my 50% off offer. I wanted my large Caramel Frappuccino! Williamsport sent me toHagerstown. After walking into this location, I felt like they knew me. The large caramel frap was handed to me just when Ithought I'd have to explain. Very well done McDonald's! Read more
