I love this place. The food is great, but the employees are even greater. They very effectively make my husband and I feel like... family. If I were to work at any food place, this would be the first place I'd apply. Just because everyone here is so nice. Read more

Don't go there for fast food. I've been to noodles & company other locations and had a good experience. I ordered my food... online and went to pick it up at the designated time. Even though my order said on their screens that it was ready, and I askedthem about it, they just ignored me and walked away without providing a response. This restaurant stops their food clocks sothat it shows only eight and a half minutes order time. It makes their metrics look good, meanwhile their customers are stillstanding around waiting. Their computers showed my food was ready in 8 min, meanwhile I was there waiting 20 min to take to getmy pick up order. Then the food wasn't worth the wait. Next time I'll definitely skip this place. My previous visit wasn't so fantastic. The noodles were a little dry and they forgot to put the chicken on my dish.... Unfortunately I didn't realize it until I got home. I filled out a survey about my disappointment and the manager called me thatnight! Not an email, but actually called me to apologize. We talked and she said she would make it right. I went in tonight, she remembered talking with me and she got me my food to make up for my last visit. It was delicious. The staff is alwaysfriendly, from what I can see the restaurant is always clean(I have never been in the bathrooms) and I was very impressed withthe call from the manager! Read more

So awesome our first time here we were not familiar with the menu and accidentally ordered spicy. When I made the staff aware... they accommodated with a free meal and went above and beyond by giving me samples of other gluten-free sauces to try. We areexcited to make this a regular stop for eating out. Thank you all for the great service. Read more

I'm a big fan of noodles and this satisfies my needs. I stop in here and there the food and service is pretty good. I typically... don't have any issues although the other day I asked if they could do no cilantro as I'm not a big fan and most of their stuffhas some in it. The man said it was no problem at all and put no cilantro on my order. Well after I had left and opened my foodthere was still cilantro. Which wasn't a big deal cause I'm not allergic or anything but could be if it was something I wasallergic to. But that's the only issue I've ever had and I've gone there quite a few times and you get your food pretty quicksometimes the dining room seems a bit messy but I understand they are short staffed. All in all pretty good noodles. Read more

When I went into the restaurant, there was one other customer and about 7 workers. Nobody greeted us when we came in which was... unlike Noodles and Company. Then, I went to the register to order and I stood there for a couple of minutes and nobody addressedme to take my order or to say, "They'll be over in a minute, etc." I proceeded to order my food and asked to add chicken to mydish, which was a $4.25 upcharge. Once I received my large pasta, I noticed my portion size was not as big as my companion'slarge pasta. I went up to the counter immediately after receiving my food to ask for a couple more toppings/vegetables since Ipaid extra for the chicken and my meal was pretty skimpy. The girl that took my bowl was super nice and was going to help meout. When she went in the back of the kitchen to do so, her manager approached her and spoke to her for at least three-fourminutes. All of the other employees spoke in that group and I just stood there without being told anything. The nice worker cameback and told me she unfortunately could not add anything to my meal without adding an up charge. However, she offered to remakeit for me which 1.made no sense at all considering they said it was costly to add toppings, so how could they afford to make mea whole new meal? and 2. I did not want them tampering with my food or giving me less than I had to begin with. I told her thatmy sibling had the same size pasta as me, but his bowl was at least 3/4 full and mine was obviously half full. She asked if weordered the same meal and when I said "No," she said ?we have different ingredients.? Is that not why they are priceddifferently to begin with? If my bowl has "special ingredients,? then make mine more expensive, but give me the same properamount a large sized bowl should have for ANY pasta! I ended up just taking my meal back and ate it as it was, but wasextremely disappointed in the fact that I felt like I had no say as a customer and the manager could not talk to Read more

Food was very good, service was great as were the portions. Only downside, at this one, was the first gender neutral bathroom... floor around the commode was filthy. The second one was fine (maybe males don't like to walk that far?). Read more

Ordered Japanese Pan Noodles with Grilled Chicken Breast. Unfortunately after 10 mins of waiting my noodles were uncooked and... didn?t have much sauce on them and the extra $3 I paid for chicken was missing. Maybe instead of doing all that talking behindthe counter they should be a little more focused on making orders correctly. I did go back and get a refund the next day ?? Read more
