I thought the service was overall just above average however not almost there to a five star, so a 3.8 Pros- Blooming onion is... a crazy value with it being implied to be taken home because of how big. -Great service and friendly staff throughout therestaurant. -Good position sizing on what you order Cons- A little pricy on certain cuts of steak. - not a lot of variety onthe cuts of steak (chop, chuck, etc) - Didn?t reheat well later, couldn?t finish and had to take a doggy back home but it waspretty mild tasting once it was heated up again. - lastly, piece of steak was a little more fatty then I would have hoped forthe price. We arrived approximately 8 pm. We were sat promptly and waited for over 10 minutes while servers passed by, not one made eye... contact. We moved to the bar. Service was much better. I ordered asparagus and baked potato. Decent. Veggies were soaked inbutter. Didn?t realize when ordering them steamed they would come that way. My fiancé ordered steak and shrimp. Not too bad. We as a family, my wife and kids and I that is don't go out to restaurants to dine as often as we used to since the Corona virus... reared its ugly head. So it makes it all the more important to us that we have a good time together and receive good food andespecially good service when dining at our favorite restaurants. This was the first time that we had ever taken our kids tooutback and they loved it. My wife and I were not disappointed with our experience either. This was in large part thanks toour waitress KARA who was not only an excellent waitress and good at her job but had a wonderful attitude and was easy to talkto. It's always nice for us anyway to be able to converse with our servers because you really get to meet some cool people. Thanks outback for the tasty delicious dishes and especially thanks to KARA for a job well done an awesome time and some goodwelcomed conversation. Update: Second visit to Outback with my wife, kids and parents this time for my son's Birthday, hischoice of places to eat. I would definitely call it another 5 star experience for sure only issue was that he wanted to be sunghappy birthday and they did not do that so it was just us singing. I see a trend here that I have not been seeing with mostrestaurants I have been to since COVID and it's that it seems to be consistently good. I?ve been to Outback a few times and decided to leave a post today. 4 hours ago I met my peeps here for our hangout dinner. I... was pleased with the social distancing protocol the restaurant has in place. The vibe was and has always been calm andenjoyable. The overflow of people were waiting on the benches outside. Now to the drinks, The Blackberry Martini was great, theStrawberry daiquiri was so good(it was ordered twice). All of our fillet steaks were juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly, thepictures of the food below, was great. Our waitress gave us fabulous and attentive service. Our experience was awful. Our server was good but the food took almost an hour and when it arrived at our table, the steak I... ordered medium was cooked so long I could barely cut it. My daughter?s meal had rubberized shrimp and her beef tips which sheordered mid rare was like jerky. The manager came out and offered to redo our order but we could not wait another hour for thechance of more poorly cooked food. She did not charge us for the food we didn?t even try to eat but charged us for our drinksand seemed like she was doing us a favor. That manager needs to be retrained or replaced. The gentleman waiting on us was moreconcerned than her. He should be manager. I was going to go to the one in Winchester, VA in the future but am now rethinkingthat. Read more
