Pizza is ok nothing special, the dipping sauce is great.

I am a former employee, I quit after being told that if I went to my nephews game I would be fine since I was also scheduled to... deliver pizza at the time of his game. Hands down it was an easy choice. The crew I worked with were amazing people and fun towork with. The delivery drivers really rely on the tips since they are only making around $3 to $5 an hour when out deliveringand the gas they use comes out of their own pocket. I was there a week and only made around $150 to $160 in tips and put around$60 in my vehicle the week I was there. So when you read this, remember the people delivering you food are good people spendingtheir own money to get your food to you so at least $5 would really help them each time and if you can spare more for them thatwould be great. If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I have been ordering pizza from here for awhile and everything was great.... Today not so much. So first we waited about 2 hours for our food. No problem it was raining. When the delivery driver finallygot here, he then told me he couldn?t accept a $50 even though my order was $30 and we were leaving a $10 tip. He said he hadchange for it but couldn?t do it. Then I called the store to see why as that was the only money I had on me, and the girl whoanswered told me I should have called to get approval from the manager. Why should I as a PAYING CUSTOMER have to call the storeto speak to the manger about accepting my payment. The driver should have did that. Charged my credit card NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT 3 TIMES YEAH!!. (BACK TO BACK a girl ran my card over phone), when I was paying... for delivery of a make up ???? and an additiinal order of wings. (from evening before when they gave me completely wrong pizza)I called in order to establish the credit that existed, then I PROCEEDED to place my new order to add to make up ????. Gave cardinfo girl CONTINUED TO SAY MY CARD WAS DENIED. I CANCELLED ORDER CALLED CAPITAL ONE BANK Immediately. I established through mybank that that was not accurate so Had bank conference call (3 way) PAPA JOHNS Bank told them that it was approved 3 times SoI paid and At midnight the money was taken out of my account. Never got ANY FOOD BUT THEY TOOK MONEY 3 TIMES THE AMOUNT. Completely unbelievable. ADDITIONALLY WHILE I WAS placing the ORDER the GIRL was redundant with completing simple order of(pepperoni pizza and wings) that was it.. Yet she had trouble focusing on me as I ordered she would not respond AT TIMES.. IWOULD SAY "HELLO" as she was on phone BUT GOT NOTHING. (Very weird encounter.) Don't even want what they OWE TO ME..
