Really not impressed. Subway worker very lethargic and MCDONALD'S looked horrible. Restrooms not nice. Gas, had to go inside to... process. No stok for coffee. I used to patronize Pilot in Knoxville from 2003-2010. Today disappointing. Girls at main counterwere pleasant Read more
When I had a choice of where to fuel my truck, I chose Pilot and now they are the official fuel point for the company. The hosts... are usually friendly and the store is kept clean. Read more
The most disaster I've ever had experienced, I walked in to the ladies restroom & a young girl & a young guy was in a stall... together, I reported it to the main manager - The young lady flipped out & went nuts, she spit on a gentleman & pushed themanager , cop's we're called ... But nothing was compasated to the customer for doing a great job. This pilot sucks & needs amanager that cares . Read more
Showers are about 50% clean store looks like it is a newer one but as usual they are letting it go, shower 7 has a broken lock... which would be uncomfortable for the lady truckers, maybe Mr. Jimmy should try visted his own truck stops and use the shower in10 and I would bet 8 of them he would walk out off.. maybe let him fuel his truck in the diesel lanes so he could stand ingrease and diesel while he fills up , he would probably do the same as myself and fuel at LOVES where they clean theirproperties and maintain them very well ..... jimmy you are losing us truckers Read more
Men's rest room was nasty. Looked like they just drag a hose in there and spray everything down and didn't bother to mop. No... t.p.in the two stalls I tried to use. Got disgusted and went to ac&t across the street. Bought my fuel while across the street.And got free coffee to boot. Pretty much the typical PFJ. Read more
After driving 11 hours get to the parking looking for my reserved spot to find out that is not space available ???? so i went to... the cashier explains the situation and the 3rd shift manager took immediate action to find and remove the unauthorizedparked!
