I placed an order on the pizza hut website at 3:00pm for a 5:00pm delivery. I received a text message at 4:53 stating the pizza... was on its way. At 5:30pm i call the store to inquire about the status of the order. i was told the store was on hold with doordash waiting for an answer as well. I advised my order was made on the pizza hut website not door dash. I was told door dashdoes all the deliveries. Told the store employee that i would like to cancel the order. He then asked for my address and thenplaced me on hold. After 4 min on hold, i disconnected the call. I get an alert that someone is at my door at 7:15pm, i look atthe camera, Guess who it is Pizza hut. I advised the delivery person that i canceled the order almost 2 hours ago. Verydisappointing!
