I drove my aunt to a funeral in Hagerstown on Sunday 11/20. On the way up (we live in Central Virginia), we saw signs for Roy... Rogers and remarked we didn't know they were still around. I was determined we would be stopping there after the service, butmy aunt was ambivalent about it. We did stop and I will say we were not disappointed! I got the Large Roast Beef with MashedPotatoes on the side, and she got a Chicken tender Combo with Fries. She is a very picky eater (and a chronic complainer) butshe was very satisfied with everything. The restaurant was very clean, the fixin's bar was fresh and inviting, and the cashierwas patient and very friendly. I can't say when I will be back to Hagerstown if ever, but I am definitely putting Roy Rogersback on my radar as I travel around! Read more

I have ate at the Hagerstown location twice now. Everything was great except when I ordered the steak and cheese meal. My... sandwich had next to nothing for meat. My husband's had an ok amount of meat but for the price it should have more meat. Read more

I will drive out of my way to go to this Roy Rogers. Today is an example of why: I drove off from the drive through without my... atm/cc and the worker ran it before I got out of the parking lot. Read more

First time I've had Roy Roger's food in about 10 yrs. It's still as good as I remember. I got the Texas Pete Spicy Chicken... Sandwich. Yup. It was the Roy Roger's Chicken that I remember, but with a kick. AWESOME!! I didn't know Roy's has mozzarellasticks?! They were good. Can't say that I've ever had bad mozzarella sticks. Read more

Roy Rogers is my favorite restaurant, since childhood. I used to eat at them with my dad, and to this day, it's the food that I... go to for comfort and happiness. This is the single worst location in Maryland, and I've been to most of them. They mess up myorder 9 times out of 10, and just assume I won't come back to fix it. They charge you an upcharge for two chicken breasts -which I always say is fine - and then don't give you what you've ordered. There is a second Roys in town where I make the exactsame order, and never have a problem. THIS Roys never gets the order right, ever, ever. But they DO remember to charge me extrafor it, anyway. Drive across town to the other location. This place isn't worth your time. Read more

I like this little restaurant because it is within walking distance from my house. The people in here are usually very nice and... helpful. Today I went through the drive thru for a coffee before I started running errands this morning. When I got up to thewindow, the lady was nice and kind, but when she handed me my coffee, the coffee was not hot at all. So I asked her if I couldplease have a fresh cup and she said that it would only take a few minutes since they were making more anyway. When she handedme the second cup, it was as cold as the first one. This is not usually what happens when we go here, so hopefully it was only aone time thing. Usually the food is good and fresh, and the coffee is usually fresh and hot. We will continue to go to this onebecause it's convenient. Read more

For this 2pc meal that includes one side and a drink was $8.36. I am very disappointed the limited selection on the lunch menu... and their prices. Don?t go here unless you have money to burn and you like the taste of burnt grease. You would be better off atMcDonald?s, DQ, Popeyes, or Burger King. Read more
