This sheetz used to be great but it's just gone more and more downhill. I don't mind waiting a little longer on a Saturday night... but order ahead said 15 min approx pick up time...until my order processed and went to an hour later with no option to canceland was told they can't refund me bc it was on the app...so I guess I'm stuck waiting an hour...not the employees faults butdoesn't make the situation right either. I went this morning for $20 worth of gas and a $100 hold was put on my bank card by sheets not my bank for a $20 gas purchase. I... used the pump and go feature in the sheets app to do this and I would have never used it had I known that that was going tohappen I would have just inserted my card into the pump and pumped my gas and been charged $20 now $80 of my money is being heldup that I have to wait up to 72 hours for it to go through and for the money to be credited back to my account so not happy Read more
Made a late night trip to this Sheetz. I gotta say my fiancé and I were not happy by any means. Two flat burritos without the... salsa I requested. And a hard burnt breakfast waffle sandwich. My fiancé?s sub was hard too. We normally get great service sothis was totally a let down. I won?t be going here as often anymore. Read more
The coffee selection here is pretty good. Just wish they had a bit more variety regarding flavors.
Got my girlfriend the very overpriced mac n cheese, $4 for a tiny cup you should at least make sure the noodles are cooked all... the way. it was just very sloppy and unappealing, I've tasted water with more flavor than the mac n cheese she got. Do betterplease. Read more
