Food was good, once we finally got the correct order. Didn't get service at the pull in ordering so we left and got in the drive... thru. Two out of three sandwiches were wrong, missing an applesauce, and for some reason they just shoved a chili cheese dog inthe bag sideways. Not one sorry, just rushing to get us gone even though no one was behind us. I've never had a bad experiencehere before, maybe a bad day for some new people, I hope. Read more
LOVE our local Sonic! I know they are having staffing problems, like every other fast food place, so I give them some slack... during this time. They are really working hard trying to get everyone?s order out in a timely manner. All of the food we haveEVER bought there has been delicious! It would be helpful if they kept up to their standards of being a fast service restaurant. Sitting in line for over 10 minutes... is not fast and it would've been easier to go somewhere else. It can definitely be improved but the staff need to be quicker andhave someone motivating them. Read more
This sonic needs serious help. I've never been to any food establishment that consistently takes as long as they do. Its been 3... straight occasions that the service was beyond poor, so I'll never return. The last occasions, my 1 medium shake took over 25minutes, and I had to walk up to them to ask for it. They then handed me a soupy milkshake. Obviously it was made earlier butnever brought to me. Unacceptable! According to their management, they are understaffed. It shows in every aspect. Worst Sonic I have ever visited. That is dirty oil in the bag of onion rings. When was the last time they changed it? Seeing... the onion rings themselves was bad enough, but dirty oil in the bag too... Disgusting. The picture of the burger sayseverything. I was refunded for sure. Read more
This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at Sonic and probably the last we visit. They got our order wrong and as we... walked up to the window to have it corrected we were told we had to go back through the drive-thru. They are severelyunderstaffed and simply have no clue what they're doing. Read more
