Just gonna say... love me some Starbucks, just not this one. Only two guys working counter, so due to that we had a long wait... they got my wife's drink wrong because the 2 employees weren't communicating with each other. By the time I got my drink it wasmore like water/milk instead of iced/coffee and I'm pretty sure they forgot the extra expresso shot that I ask for and paidextra for. Won't be back. Read more
By far the slowest starbucks I have every been to! One there is 2 people working. One making drinks the other wandering. Took... her 15 min to get to me for my order, than they take my 4 drink order takes them 20 min to make! Remind you they're is only oneother person who ordered ahead of me before I even got here! Best frappes and drinks there and good coffee always got my order right every time.
Gave me a strawberry milk shake instead of my strawberry acai with lemonade. The reason is they wouldn't give me time to finish... my order. Read more
Customer service is horrendous. The young girl who works there has extremely bad attitude towards customers, very... unfriendly...does it hurt to smile a little? She?s definitely not happy working there...then why is she still there? to bringcustomers down too? Read more
Can work on customer service and drink quality. When your paying $5 or more for a drink you expect to get the quality of it and... it's just not there plus they do not acknowledge your presence when your there waiting they just ignore you, even though theysee you until you get fed up and say something. We got 2 reg coffees with heavy whipping cream it tasted like instant coffee with milk. The cashier Nicole had an attitude and... her customer service sucked.....i guess that's hagerstown for you Read more
