Went here today on my lunch break and they were closed. Doors locked and no hours of operation any where to be seen. On google... says they opened at 9 am.. not happy! Read more
Closed at noon on a Saturday. Update your hours if you treat your employees so poorly can't keep them on long enough to stay... open. Shameful. Read more

I rushed from work to grab dinner at Subway. Place closes at 9 and I got there nearly 15 minutes til, the sign was still lit and... everything. However, the employee there turned me and my friend away saying the store was closed. All I wanted were 2 simplesubs for my ride home after a long day of work. Really disappointed in this disservice. They dont care about their customers at all!! Forget calling to talk to someone too thats obsolete, just like their service.... Where do I begin? Horrible to say the least, lady is lucky I was with my mother and special needs son or the outcome would'vebeen ALOT different. The older middle aged lady with the Ramen noodle looking hair just needs to crawl back into her cave withher ogre personality. Her attitude towards 6 paying customers waiting in line for over 10 mins whole sue chose to finish apersonal conversation at the counter was horrendous. And then to sit there and glare at my kid! We gladly walked away and tookour money for 6 ppl to eat some place else. Read more
I went to Subway this evening with my sister and niece, worst customer experience I?ve ever had. The lady helping us was... obviously having a bad night; no smile, hi how are you, how can I help you, have a good evening. She yelled ?next!? So loud andrude to the customer behind us. If you are having a bad night, don?t project that negative attitude to your customers period.Never going back again and won?t recommend to others. Read more
After waiting 5 minutes at the Valley Mall location we were told at 5:45 they were closed. When I asked what time they closed... the girl who worked there appeared nervous and hesitated to tell us 6:00. She offered us drinks. 5:40 is plenty of time to makeone 6 inch turkey sub. Read more
