The experience at this Subway restaurant was subpar in only one way: user error. My family member and I had forgotten to inform... the other member of our household that they needed to press some sort of ?I?m here? button in the Subway app for curbside pickupto be initiated. Well sadly they got a remodel and now they're being stingy by not accepting coupons paper coupons because all the paper coupons... are not on the app so they're just trying to take advantage I see seeing as how I got a footlong a drink and a bag of chips andit costs I mean $17 not to mention the quality of the lettuce and tomatoes were poor at best Read more

Exceptionally great service, the team member (young man) that waited on me was very polite and considerate. As far as service,... this is the best Subway I've been to. A little slow getting subs made but not worth any less in review. Read more

I've eaten at this location on a number of occasions. Today I walked out before ordering. There were 5 customers in line. Three... employees on the line. The middle employee (condiments) and the last employee (cash register) completed their last order and,instead of moving to the beginning of the sandwich line (as most Subway's and well managed operations do), they proceeded totalk to one another about totally work unrelated topics. Mind you this was at 12:05 - the peak lunch time! And not for just afew seconds. There was plenty of room at the beginning of the sandwich make table to begin the next customers order. This is notthe first time!!! I've noticed this trend on numerous occasions. Poor management and training. Horrible customer service. I'vebeen a restaurant manager in a previous life and you DO NOT stand and chat with a co-worker, when there are customers to waitupon. Especially during rush hour!!! Never going back. Taco Bell across the street has always offered some of the most courteousand quick service I've seen. There are many other, well managed and organized eateries in the area. Anyone who thinks thisorganization "has it together" doesn't know restaurant service! Read more

It was crowed but not because the staff was slow. It's because the food is good. 3 ladies at the counter and they worked like a... well oiled machine. And when they were done the sandwiches that I seen were so beautiful. They were a work of art. My newfavorite sandwich shop. ?? Read more
