The burrito they made had no sauce or cheese. The taste was blunt. I am a taco bell fan and almost every week, few times, I eat... at taco bell. So, it's not a complaint about taco bell. I think, the person who works there need more training. Read more

I have had a lot of issue at this location and it?s sad to say visit one or more times a week. Lately things have been better ie... less mess ups ect? This time I paid for my order in the app only to find out they were closed. Kinda frustrating. Read more

*UPDATE 10/23/22* I decided to stop here late at night, about 11 pm, with only an hour left. The gentleman who took my order... through the drive-thru was polite and immediately asked how I was before asking for my order. He was knowledgeable and helped mechoose from several combo boxes they had. He also told me every single drink option they had as I am not currently drinkingsoda. The food took a few minutes to prepare but that?s okay with me because it?s fresh and hot! It was all great and I am verypleased with this locations customer service improvements! I will update my review to a 4/5 now! Original review - I was in thearea and decided to get a few things here for lunch. I ordered my food at the drive-thru with no wait. I then proceeded to thewindow and paid and the young girl working handed me my receipt and said ?have a good day?. To me, I thought this meant I wasdone at this window and to proceed forward. So I did to only find the front of the store with no further window. I then went togo inside but the inside was closed for whatever reason. An employee quickly saw me standing outside. and I told her the issueand she said she would bring me out my food. Within 30 seconds she brought me a bag of food. I checked it and discovered it wasthe wrong order. I suspect they gave my order to the car behind me and gave me their order. I knocked on the window and a ladyin business clothes who had been sitting at a laptop (maybe district manager?), opened the door and I told her my dilemma. Shetold me to keep the food I was given because they would throw it away. I waited five minutes and she brought me out my correctorder. I just think the store needs more time to make sure the employees are trained properly and efficient. Read more

Went there tonight, and the food, and service was excellent. Around 5pm I decided to stop there after work, I was tired, so I... went into the store, and Aaron helped me. The food was done quickly, the place was clean, and out the door in under 5 minutes.The food tasted awesome, thanks Aaron. Read more

Bad customer service at night when I went. Messed up the order despite saying ?I gotchu? through the drive through mic. Very... little meat portion even on the messed up order.
