A solid 4 star experience. Either through great training or personal inclination (or both!), as she walked me to my table the... hostess asked me if I'd been to the restaurant before. She did it with every other table I watched her seat as well! My serverwas Suzie, and she was personable and attentive from beginning to end. I was a single diner, and in those situations someservers approach the table with a vibe of "oh great, single diner equals low tip, so let's rush her out". Not with Suzie! Shegave me as much attention as she did her other guests. The fried onion appetizer was very crispy, and I really enjoyed thespicy sauce. Suzie noticed that there was a lot of onion skin left on the outer layer, and offered to have another one remadefor me. I will try it again on my next visit, as what I was able to eat was quite good. The country fried chicken was wellbreaded and juicy on the inside. The thin cream gravy was not very flavorful, though. The Cesar salad portion was generous,but I'd recommend asking for the dressing on the side and extra croutons. The garden salad that I saw at another table lookedfull of veggies, so I'm going to just go with that one next time. For my next visit, when I will bring my son and try theirsteak and prime rib offerings, I took advantage of the gift card special to get a free app (I'm telling you, I'm getting thatonion appetizer again!). Great steakhouse. So many options other than steak as well. Ribs are really tender with amazing bbque sauce. Salads are fresh,... full of veggies and hard boiled egg. They ask you if you want the egg or not. Dinner yeast rolls come with your meal and areperfect. Cinnamon butter is good but I prefer to ask for regular butter. Good choices of appetizers. We have been here a few times. The place is always busy no matter what day we visit. This visit we had about a 40 minute wait... but didn't mind since we were with friends catching up with events. After arriving to the table, our server was smiling and hada pleasant attitude. Due to numerous visitors, our food took awhile to arrive but the appetizer arrived promptly. Our meals wereoutstanding ding and cooked perfectly. The shrimp was tasty and the ribs were as advertised (fall off the bone). All in all, Idefinitely recommend this place 100%. Only complaint we noted was that the floors to the bathrooms felt oily and slick and evenalmost caused me to almost slip. Read more

Horrible experience. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks, they messed my meal up twice and when we asked to speak to the manager,... they refused to come talk to us. The place is absolutely filthy. The ceiling fans had dust and dirt falling from the blades, thewindows had dead bugs on them. Absolutely the last time we come here. This place has gone downhill. Sad. Read more
The food tonight was very bad. Our appetizer got delayed forever which was the grilled shrimp and when it came out it was just... okay which was not worth the extra wait. The salad was the best of the meal along with the bread. My friend got the grilled bbqchicken and ribs combo. Because of all the waiting for the appetizer it all dried out becoming very bland. I got the countryfriend steak which came out very touch and chewey without a lot of flavor and the cut of meat felt and tasted very low quality.The fries portion was small considering we got a double order of steak fries which came out as one order of fries anywhere else.The only reason this review isnt one star is because of our waiter peter who was amazing. He was extremely friendly, very on topof keeping drinks filled, checked up on us very often and this is all while the restaurant is absolutely packed. The only reasoni would consider giving this place a second chance is because of peter as this visit shows me that this place is not that samerestaurant from before covid who constantly was a homerun very sad to see this kind of drop in quality. This franchise is always consistent and probably the best value for steak price and quality. I had the kabob today with mixed... vegetables. I did not like the seasoning on the rice at all so I asked for a potatoe substitute. It was like home made fluffywith butter n salt. The steak is always good quality and well cooked. I will return. My family and I went to this restaurant last Saturday and even though we thought that it was going to be crowded, it had a very... nice atmosphere. The food was delicious, my son had the full rack of ribs with rice and fries (pictured) and it was to die for.I had the sirloin with shrimps that was also amazing. Christian, was the kindest and more amazing and attentive waiter outthere. I would definitely recommend. Something I would recommend is to have promotional pens to sign the check. I normally keepone just to have them as a reference for future restaurants to go back to, since we are not locals but don't mind a drive tonicely discovered places. Read more
