I got eggs hash browns with sausage gravy. It all was just Luke warm. Iasj to heat it up in the microwave but said they didn't... gave one. The place like walking into a freezer it's always cold in there. Never eating there anymore. Read more
Horrible Waffle House Staff! Food is always great when cooked correctly but the staff has bad attitudes! Rude and inappropriate... language is used on the floor with constant eye rolls and just bad energy. They don?t greet you when you come in the door andalways leaves customers waiting on clean tables or at register waiting to pay! I don?t recommend working here or eating hereuntil they fix their attitude?s. Williamsport and Maugansville waffle houses are better for Hagerstown. Read more

Horrible!! Everything is completely burnt! My double order of hashbrowns is almost the same amount as my bfs dinner special... side. Sad part is we went in at 11pm and there was only one other table sitting there. I've had way better food with less waittimes at way crazy busier places. I guess the lack of parking traffic on a Friday night should have told me something. I wouldnot recommend this one. Read more
The food was good. Everything was what you expect from a breakfast spot only flaw was the wait was terrible today at lunch. My... co worker and I probably spent 30 mins until we received a menu. Our waitress was Morgan. She is so sweet and such a good waitress. I would recommend her to anyone. The food is simple and good.... Fairly large portions for everyone that was in my group. It was very clean! They were kind enough to let my brother plug hisphone in behind the juke box to charge. Everything was brought to us quickly and efficiently. I would definitely go back!! Read more
This is my favorite place for waffles. Always served very hot right off the grill. How hot the food is when its served is a... very big advantage for this restaurant chain as I am very turned off by luke warm or cold food. This location is my favorite. Ihave been consistently coming here for years. The service is great and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Give this spot atry I think its a good value for your money. Read more
