Went thru the drive-thru and got 2 meals and a strawberry frosty. Never got my frosty. Called to ask them if they could put my... name in the book that they have for orders that were messed up and the guy who answered the phone decided to yell at me and tellme that he can't just make a frosty anx leave it sit. But I never asked them to make a frosty and leave it sit. I asked to putmy name in the book for replacement orders so that I can get my $3 frosty and he still didn't comprehend what I was saying. Wash your hands after you get done smoking. Dont come in from a smoke break an start touching ANYTHING going to a consumer,... again wash your hands! It's a FDA law. You think with covid going around you would be more professional an just wash your hands.An the manager of August 7 2022 you understand who you just let go on break an smoke, why ask who? Slowest Wendy's on the face of the earth... Wasn't even that busy... Stood in line probably 10 minutes, old man at counter only... took one order. Finally just left cause he still was just friddling around not taking orders. I dont have that much time tospend just standing. Don't waste your time here! Read more
Gentleman at counter was very friendly and helpful, food was hot and tasty. Restaurant needed a overall cleaning, sweeping and... cleaning of tables. Just a minor flood in front of drink machine to the point of wet shoes and slipping! Read more
Wendy's has been upgraded and looks very nice from the outside. I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches and a medium Dave's crafted... Lemonade to go with my order. Everything went smooth ordering but once I pulled around the building, I was asked to pay and thenpull into a parking space. There was already one car pulled up and waiting for their food. I paid and wasn't even given my drinkto sip on until the food was ready. I waited about 7 minutes and I saw the other car left and then there was more carsaccumulating in the line. They pulled another car up and then after about almost 12 minutes someone came out and almost offeredmy food to another car. I waved from my car window like it's mine. I was given an apology and have a nice day, but they didn'tbring my drink out. So I waited yet again a couple more minutes for my drink. Now, I don't know if they were short staffed thatmorning. I just wish they were better prepared with food so that service would run a bit smoother. My food was hot and freshthrough it all. Read more
