It was very busy but they handled it well, the food was just ok but I would come back again
Fries were cold but Chilli was hot with large chunks of meat. Service was quick and polite.
I went there once I got off work and ordered me and my kids some food. I know when I went through the drive-through and made it... to the window that the lady that gave me my food was nasty and then I ended up calling because they forgot my sauce and myfrench fries were cold and the manager got smart and acted like it wasn?t an issue, when I told her that I was going to call hergeneral manager, she did not care so I ended up calling corporate, and I will never go back there that is uncalled to have thistype of customer service. I would never have a manager that worked for me that would speak to customers like that. She was verydisrespectful. Read more
Out of all of the fastfood places, Wendy's seems to be the best. Funny thing is, my dog only likes Wendy's burgers. He doesn't... like Burger King and definitely doesn't like McDonald's, so that should tell you something about their burgers. And, I liketheir breakfast sandwiches the best out of the typical fastfood breakfasts out there, as well. Read more
Employee at Drive thru was handling his cellphone and my credit card during the transaction. I could barely see any other thing... he was doing because he kept closing the tinted window in the drive thru. I took precautions, contacted the manager(Amy) on dutyand my bank. Not saying the employee did anything illegal but you shouldn?t have my card in one hand and your cellphone in theother hand. I don?t want you to take a picture of my card with all the info on one side. Everyone, please be careful. Update:seems like they took steps to fix problem. Read more
This is one of best Wendy's in town. The one on the dual highway I used favor but one evening, I was in the drive thru. I... went thru ordered my food paid at first window, then I pulled up at window , the employ there told me to or motioned me to move on up and wait. The person behind me hollered for me to move . The Wendy's employee never be told me what food , I waswaiting for they took time bringing out. Then didn't any sauces for my nuggets., had to go back in and got sauce. Read more

I had a pleasant surprise today and a great stocking stuffer at Wendy?s in Haggerstown Maryland! Getting a salad at Wendy?s and... the girl at the window offers me a Key Tag for 2.00? I was like what??? So I asked her to tell me about it!! She reply?s?. Getfrosty drinks for the 2023 year by showing your frosty tag! I said really? I will take 6!!!
