If I could give this Wendy?s no stars I would. I drove up to the speaker in the drive thru and there was no response so I drove... up to the window and the lady who was working immediately had attitude and said their system went down and that I?ll have towait 15 minutes while making faces and so I said okay no problem and she started to make faces as I drove away. She did notapologize or anything. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received and the sad part is it was probably a manager. A little disappointed this time. My Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was like a hockey puck and the bun seemed borderline hard like when... they stale. My fries were barely warm and obviously the bottom of the basket. The majority of them were too small to dip inketchup without coating your fingers. I asked for fresh fries and nuggets they refried my fries my nuggets were cold. I drove trucks, when I drop someone I would... expect everything to be fresher but just incase it?s not I ask. Still wasn?t done. Took them like 5 minutes to even take myorder. It was only one person waiting for an order. Nobody took the time to say I?ll be a you in a min or anything.
