First time here for a buffet in recent years. Such a disappointment! Food was bland, cold & tasteless. How can a restaurant... charge such high prices? My bill for 3 adults was $145 with no senior discounts. Prime rib was raw-purple & cold, looked likeraw tuna, turkey was ground up in a food processor-not sliced!!! We couldn't identify the turkey at first, but guessed becauseit was beside the watery gravy-aweful, overcooked fried frozen shrimp & dried out, poor quality vegetables - corn & brusselsprouts, tasteless mash potatoes, cold coffee with grounds in the bottom of each of the 3 cups I had. Beverages such as ice tea& coffee were not included in the buffet price of $35.95 per person and cost an extra $7.95 for each person. Poor quality saladbar, cold soup and poor quality desserts, tasted like they were still frozen from a box. On top of this, a 20 percent gratuitywas automatically added that was not mentioned beforehand. First and last time we will go ever again! Worst Thanksgiving BuffetI have ever experienced. Not sure why the price was so high for the poor quality food. We thought for the price of the food, itwould be gourmet quality, but was not. We feel we were overcharged for the buffet. Why the restaurant has a 4-5 star review isconfusing. Never paid this amount of money for any buffet in the past 30 years. I would give it no stars, but can't. I wish it was possible to give no stars, thanksgiving buffet was horrible, food had no taste, there was ground up turkey that... tasted like it was from a can! Zach whats going on?!?! Trackside was horrible and fireside was even worse, i will never becoming back to any owned restraunt by you again! What a wonderful place to have dinner. The food was delicious! When ordering the food I thought the cost was high...Then I... received my order. With what I ordered (Salmon) I could not believe how big the portion size was.. I ended up bringing some ofit home. It was delicious. But what really made it worthwhile was the service. Came for the Sunday Brunch, and first time patron here. We arrived at noon, ( had reservations) and it was busy. There was a... line for the buffet but it went quickly. The food was very good, as well as the service. Christy was our server and she wasamazing! She made sure we had everything we needed. The prices are reasonable ( $14.99) per person compared to otherrestaurants. Some of the buffet dishes( biscuits, potatoes) were gone quickly, but I could clearly see the staff were trying toput them out asap. Thank you Zach, it was an awesome meal, and I do recommend. We had a very large group. All the food was served hot. The food was plentiful, tasty and serving sizes were large. Everyone's... food was great. The salad bar was well stocked, fresh and chilled perfectly. Our waitresses were professional, efficient,friendly and fun!! The manager came by at the end of our meal and we really enjoyed sharing and laughing with her also! It was atotally wonderful evening dining experience!! Food was good Margaritas were great!! Could of used a bit more room for lids on taco bar when getting food out. Topping and... chips, It would have been nice to have them up on bar as well. My wife and I had dinner here decided to try somewhere new. The place is nice, quiet, and the atmosphere is pleasant, servers... were very attentive. The food prices and selection to me are insane. $35 for a New York strip, risotto and a salad. The steakwhile cooked to my liking had no flavor was half fat and grisle and was not a 12oz by a long shot, salad was good, and therisotto was rice with butter on it zero flavor and bland. I have had better steaks at Outback and they have more food selectionat a better price. The place seems to push seafood items but not a everyone eats seafood. My wife opted for soup and salad whichshe said was good. Overall the bill was $75 with tip, will not be returning heard very good things. But the menu options and theprices for what you actually get on the plate are pretty far apart. Read more
