Abysmal service times. Took 20+ minutes to get my food. Employees running around, but not getting much work done. Management... needs to evaluate the processes. There are other Tim Hortons locations that have figured it out! Read more
Disappointed that this was at the entrance today at 3 pm. The wasps swarming the garbage followed customers in through adjacent... door, and were seen crawling inside the donut cases - enjoying a sweet was not going to happen. With the current employment market, it is really amazing the amount of dedication each one of the employees have, even if... understaffed. The drive thru moved at a steady pace and the order was still done correctly with a smile. Just came here with my friends and the red headed old lady was rude to us and rude to her co-workers. She rolled her eyes, acted... as if it isn?t her job to serve people, and when her co worker asked a question she acted as if it was the dumbest question. Theguy with the glasses and face tattoo is an angel on the other hand. So sweet and nice. But the redhead needs to get the stickout of her bum. (the three stars is for the guy) Read more
