Food was delicious. But we were taken to the very back of the restaurant. I felt uneasy being seated in the back....We were the... only Black Americans there during this time (lunch time). The only reason I go is it's close to my house. The food is good. The staff is friendly. But the service sucks. You get one soft... drink. Refills never happen. The server never comes to the table to check on you to see if you need anything else. I go whenit's not too busy. As an ex server I know what's missing. Friendly staff, yes! Absolutely. But they are not experienced enoughor not trained to keep the guests happy. I tip and tip well when my soft drink is refilled and my server comes to takes thedirty plates from the starter course. It took almost 10 minutes to get by credit card back because the server was chit chating.Once I pay I want to leave! I'm sure I'll be back because of the convenience and nothing else. Read more
We love Beefs, the menu is varied, reasonably inexpensive, serves alcohol (for "THOSE" days) & we have always been greeted and... served by happy faces!! Great burgers and they have a convenient take out drive-thru window!! Costs about the same as BurgerKing but so much better!!!!! Last time I had their Cuban sandwich...delicious!!!!! Read more

Server great..courtney..food low quality..steak raw for medium rare was cold inside that raw..sent it back..was grey looking... steak just not good...cole slaw was rancid...couldnt eat it eeek...server took off a side to comp the slaw. shrimp added to mysteak order..$3.99 not good and cold sort of translucent like not cooked enough...pic doesn't show but looks like the littlesalad shrimp pinkish flimsy not cooked til firm...eek..salad was Good..the only thing HOT was the choc lava cake it was so hothad to wait to eat it...was looking for steaks not fast food type meal..been long time since I've been to a beef o Brady's...nowI remember why. Service was fantastic, lettuce wraps with chicken tasted really good, but lettuce a little small to actually use as wraps...... more like tacos, lol... hubby had burger and fries; curly fries were good, burger wasn't bad, just kinda bland... we'lldefinitely try them out again. First time there, bartender needs familiarity with there own drink menu, messed up every drink we ordered. We ordered the... Cadillac Margaritas came in a pint glass unsalted rim, and when we asked for salt they said it didn't come with salt, though themenu clearly states salted rim, then when the drinks came back there was a 1/4 of salt packed on, lol, I like salt so was likewhatever. These are not worth the 10$ we paid for them. Then the wife ordered the 8$ bloody Mary it came in a tom Collins glasswith a lime... No olives or celery as the description says or a blackened rim(pepper mix) and then when we asked for the correctdrink, the bartended mixed up a drink with no alcohol, no garnish, olives or celery, and a white rim (sugar mix) it was justtomato juice. Definitely needs training. And some basic mixology. Would not recommend anything off the drink menu. Would beworried that your actually getting what you ordered. Read more
