I had searched long and far for a good Burger King and the second I walked inside I knew I had found the one. It felt like going... inside of a castle, a mansion, a whole new world I had stumbled upon. As I slowly walked up to the cash register to get my ordertaken with a huge smile, I get greeted like royalty by the nicest people I have ever met in my whole entire life. No one hadever been so nice to me before in my life since I had been bullied ever since I was 3 years old. I ordered my whopper and waitedsuch a short period of time I was shocked. It felt like they knew my order before I even ordered it and as I saw sat down withmy glossy freshly hot steaming salted fries I took a bite into the most beautiful and freshly delicious whopper and burger Ihave ever had. It felt like a dream, a miracle, every single dream I?ve ever had. Terrible service. I ordered a junior burrito with bacon and he charged me 70¢ to remove the sausage and put in two pieces of... horrible raw bacon, when everyone knows the junior breakfast burrito comes with your choice of sausage, bacon or ham at noadditional fee. Not sure why the business continues to show midnight closing but closes at 11pm. People make plans around this and then get... yelled at about how staff needs to go home. So update them or stop being rude when people pull up at 10:55 asking what's upthinking you're open another hour. Usually they're fine but don't get mad at people who are going off the information"confirmed by the business" mere weeks ago. Read more
Horrible... I went to bk to have some lunch with my daughter. Since she's gonna be only three years old.. her food level is... chicken nuggets. The order taker ignored us. As soon as he realized i was getting frustrated he then finally took our order. And we received maybe 3 to 4 hour old nuggets ???? so sad . I won't be going back there. Read more
Have not had a Whopper in a long time. There was no one at the counter. She did come and took our orders. It took a long time to... get our food. It seems like they had a very busy drive thru and were attending to that. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn't verygood. The Whopper lacked the taste I was used to. But the real killer was no ketchup! Unbelievable! First off, the kid who took our order was rude to us. We waited 5 mins to order with no one ahead of us. Then when... we got to the window and it took another few mins to just pay him. Once we finally got our food, my wife noticed there was nosauce for her Mozzarella Sticks. She couldn't get his attention. So she gave a slight honk. He looked at her and put his fingerup to tell her 1 sec. Then he filled 5 drinks up. Finally he comes to the window and he tells her they have none. He made noeffort to even ask anyone or look.
