This was our first time eating at Culvers. Jose took our order. He was most helpful and very pleasant. The restaurant is clean... and well kept. The bathroom was clean and smelled nice. This is my first visit to this restaurant. It beats the big name fast food places. Clean and nice. Food is delicious, better... than the big name fast food places. They bring the food to your table. They have small cups to place ketchup to dip your fries . This will be my new fast food restaurant hands down the best. Workers are helpful and constantly are cleaning. Restroom isclean. If you ordered too much you can take home your left overs. Read more

Awesome food and friendly service!! There is a bit of a wait only cause of how many people go there and it's worth it! I waited... maybe 5-10 minutes after ordering/paying but it was so worth it! Very fresh, hot and tasty! Read more
Loved their frozen custard!!!! I've had Freddie's but I think Culver's is now my favorite if I can't find a Witt's!! I had the... special today which was Carmel Pecan and made a concrete mixer with heath bar and hot carmel!! Mmmmm..... really good!!! Forgot to get a picture before I ate it all!! Food was delicious as usual! We usually go to the Winter Haven location, but this was our first visit to the Haines City... location. They had a deal this weekend only (Valentine's Weekend 2022), BOGO custard pints. You can get any flavor custard,which which are essentially like blizzards from Dairy Queen. This was my first time at this Culver's location. You can tell it's ran by teenagers. I pulled around like usual to wait for... food. Three times my order came missing items. Three people had to come out to get the correct items I ordered in the bag. Wasteof time. In the photo included you can tell it was sloppy mess when opening the wrapper. All and all , poor quality issues andmany mistakes which could be prevented if they ensured the customers items were in the bag the first time. Not third. Won't becoming to this location I'll wait for the new one by posner to open. Read more
The commercials are good but, the food is just an upscale of Wendy's but more costly. The bacon single deluxe was not impressive... and it left you saying " Where's the beef ". We heard so much about Culver's so we had to try it. Read more
