Management needs to replace the speaker and put a light or sign on it. In the rain I waited looking at the menu for 5 minutes... while the line was wrapped around the building, bumper to bumper, and didn't hear or see the speaker, so I pulled around toorder. Realized my mistake so I pulled back around and because of the rain I could barely hear the cashier as I placed my order.I don't blame them, I'm sure they're just as frustrated with it as I am. Manager tonight refused to fill an order of 6 breasts and 20 tenders. We always get it and always pay extra if asked. Tonight... she refused. Gave our business to Zaxbys and Popeyes. I called corporate and complained. They were interested in hearing mycomplaint and apologized for what she did. Service in Haines City needs to improve because as of right now it?s horrible. Ordered two combinations, orders were accurate, dining area spotless as well as all Windows. All team members were very polite... and professional. Everybody was busy working on a task, even though it was a slow period, there were three customers sitting andnobody in line, but the whole team was busy. All of them were in a good mood. It shows that they are proud and happy with theirjob. It was a great experience dining at this facility. Read more
We were inside and there were Roach?s on the floor looking for food. Now go to drive through but no more asked the other day if... I could buy 2 legs no need to buy a meal. I did have one meal but wanted 2 legs also. No more will go north on 27. Read more
Them tender chickens are great specially with the buffalo sauce. The only reason I didn't give 5 star because the customer... service was poor. That was my first time to that location and I was talked to like I work there. I was told to looked at themenu when I asked did they have something. The lady at the window never gave me my receipt nor she offer any sauce to me. Read more
only problem I ever got is they close insanely early 9:20pm on a Friday they closed, they do this everyday close early they got... a job and that job is to work I would understand 10 min before closing but 40 is insane then I see just a couple associateslaughing towards the back by the dumpster they need to be better Read more
