Could not use the advertised promotional code online. Called to place the order instead and no one answered the phone. Drove to... the location to make the order only to find out they did not have large dough and had a very limited menu. Pizza was poorly madewith piles of ingredients dumped in the center. Service has gone downhill. We used to order from here regularly, but our last 3 orders have been a nightmare on delivery time... (45+ mins past original estimate). This last time, delivery estimate was 30-40 mins. 2 hours later, we finally received ourcold pizzas. Not ordering from here again. Read more

The dough was like chewing rubber. The Buffalo pizza was missing cheese on nearly a full slice of pizza and they don't make good... use of the pizza poker as the Alfredo pizza had large deflated "bubbles." The worst experience with this peoples.. order a pizza and chicken wings, one and half hour later the food arrive. Driver have a... disgusting appearance with no thermal bag, just the 2 boxes on hand in the rain. I ask her why she doesn't have a thermal bagand she said "they don't give me one"... food was cool as hell, chesse in the pizza hard as a rock, and same with chickenwings.. call the store and was on hold for 45 minutes.... no one taking my call. I will call this morning for my money back orcall my bank for a credit card refund.. this is the right way to deal with this DON'T CARE WORKERS.. Update... The manager tonight was HORRIBLE! 1st off they brought me the wrong pizza so the driver took the pizza back to the store told... me to call the manager. On hold for like 20 mins until she answered the phone. She then said she would send me out the correctpizza for "free". 30 mins later got the correct toppings but it was undercooked and stuck to the box. The pizza was fallingapart and was a mess! Called the manager back! And all she said was ok do you want a credit for another day because she couldntkeep giving me free pizza!!! Lol!! 2 hours later and my family still hasnt ate dinner and this girl was laughing and being sorude and said if i wanted another pizza i need to pay for it!! Worst pizza I ever had! Tasted like bad fake cheese! I had ordered the Shaq-a-Roni Pizza. Customer service even worse! Try to... get my money back and they put me on hold for over 25 minutes and ever 10 minutes it rings and then goes back to same bad voicead. Finally got my money back. Read more
