I always have a problem with order being correct in the late afternoons and evenings. Daytime the store manager makes sure the... mobile orders through their app is correct, especially in the comments area. Why someone on second shift just doesn't seem tocare, I truly don't know. Ordered through the app. My order was delivered hot, fresh and quick. I was quoted 25-35 minutes arrived at the 25 minute mark... and everything was perfect wish I would have gotten a picture but kids?. Driver was very nice as well. Will be ordering fromhere from now on! Read more
Love Pizza from the HUT. Haines City HUT has been my go to for the past decade plus. Enjoyed their dine in experience. Alas,... Covid shut that down to never?? return. Oh well, there was still great pizza to carry out. Yesterday, ordered 3 large 3 itemTastemaker pizzas. The PROS: Easy ordering online...Pizzas were ready in 20 minutes... Counter "crew" had their act together.The CONS: Asked for the packets of crusher red pepper and grated cheese; no more, must buy (99 cents) for a tiny container...Ordered 2 meats & a veggie on each pizza with "Extra" Cheese and "Extra" meats on all. $6 upcharge per pizza that I'm fine with.Cheese amount was fine, but the meats were super skimpy... All 3 pizzas were under baked... Had to cut all 3 pizzas into slicessince they were barely cut thru the toppings... Place never was a 5 Star dining experience, but it's now a really dark, dingy,dirty hole. Overheard an employee answering a complaint from another customer blaming whatever the problem was on a new owner.Nothing good lasts forever. Looks like the end for this HUT. Gave 3 stars...realistically 2 1/2. Update, 4 months later. I likepizza from the Hut so I tried a delivery order. Didn't work out. Ordered on line. Was careful to order " delivered". Evenprinted out the order with confirmation number. Waited an hour and a half. Suspecting something amiss, I called. A somewhatconfused conversation ensued. End result...order was lost. Ok, I understand not everything works right all the time. I reorderedover the phone. Waited another hour and a half....no pizza. Called...no record of the order. I'm done with thisfranchise...never again. If ya want to be disappointed, place an order. You might get lucky. Even a blind squirrel finds anoccasional nut. I ordered a veggie pizza no cheese. And a pepperoni pizza extra pepperoni. There were hardly ANY veggies on my pizza. No banana... peppers either as I ordered There was so much sauce. My other pizza did not have extra pep at all. Sad. The Pizza Hut near me inSouth FL is by far leaps and bounds better then this one. Read more
