The wait was a bit long. Overall a nice atmosphere with a bit of background noise. Very informal and everyone is welcome. BBQ is... good and normally fast. Flavor is solid and very consistent across branches. Their redneck egg rolls are a MUST try! Use theirprovided ranch BBQ. Love this place, we visit every few weeks. Read more
I never write reviews on restaurants but this is the worst service I've ever experienced. 30 minutes in the drive thru, there... was noone in front of me, and the order was still wrong. Ordered the sliced pork with fries and Okra. Had to go inside and dealwith bad attitudes to get my wrong order. Read more

We have eaten at the Haines City Sonny's a bunch through the years, but we had not been in the area for years. We met friends... there today and it was as good as we remembered or even better. We were a party of nine about 12 noon on a Saturday. We wereseated quickly and service was very good. My dry rub ribs were excellent. They only negative this visit was the turkey. I'm an over the road truck driver and used to live in Polk County in the 90's. I've definitely tasted good bbq but Sonny's was... my first introduction, as a child. Feels good to be home for the weekend. This beats the awful fast food trucker food they havefor us. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no bacon in the green beans, which were seasoned very well. Read more
Absolutely the best service! Everyone knows how to treat people at this location. In fact, most Sonny's locations around town... are pretty awesome! This one has plenty of seating and parking around the back. They are kid friendly and food is wonderful! Topscores from me and the best food you can get for the price! Read more
