Tall Hispanic male was helping me. I asked for Baja Steak and Jack and he kept insisting on a regular steak and cheese for some... reason. He kept asking the young pale woman, who was constantly flirting with him, for help but didn't ever provide any actualhelp. I had to tell them over and over that I want the Baja Steak and Jack. They would turn to the picture and stare for aminute. It would be hilarious if at the end they hadn't squirted sweet onion sauce and whatever they thought would go on it. Hethen tells me it's better if I just tell him what I want...but I did, the Baja Steak and Jack. I looked up what was supposed togo on it after the interaction and it definitely wasn't what they did. Came in on March 11, 2022 at 8:59am the Hispanic male at the front counter said he couldn't make me a protein bowl because he... had no bowls. Last Friday I came in he said he had no bread when I saw the bread so I asked for protein bowl and he made it. Read more

I think everyone in this store may collectively have an IQ of 40. They made all the subs I ordered with no meat. It was... literally just toppings. Additionally, the receipt has an incomplete 6 digit phone number to call?? and the email on the receiptis non-existent according to Google maps. I voted to increase minimum wage in the state of FL?.now I am reconsidering mydecision. Read more

I ordered 7 subs on Saturday the 8th of August 2020 through the Subway app. Out of the 7 ordered only 2 were right. I don't know... about anyone else but for the price of 40 plus dollars this is totally unexceptable. Buyer beware when you order on the app theyhave them ready when you arrive, but I wouldn't count on them being right. And I would prefer getting what my family enjoyseating and it wouldn't matter if the price is one dollar if it's not what they enjoy eating. Shame on them !!! Read more

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I did not catch the gentleman?s name but he was very rude and unprofessional. He... is not only rude to customers but employees as well. We asked for flat bread and he laughed in our face and just said they don?thave it. Definitely not going to that subway again. And by the looks of these reviews nobody else should either. Read more

Ate in here everyday for a week while I was working next door. Spend over $100 in subs. They made a mistake and put so much... mayonnaise on it I couldn't wipe it all off with a napkin. I very politely asked them to fix it. The guy got an attitude andwouldn't make a new one or pay my money back. After being in there every day straight. Worst customer service and rudest guyI've ever had to deal with at a subway. I know they're independently owned, but I would think they could be a littleaccommodating after coming there everyday all week. Go across the street to the other subway! Read more

03/04/2016 A customer in front of me was unhappy with the time it took to get service (one employee making sandwiches while the... other restocked) and politely asked for information to contact the manager. An older white lady missing most of her teeth and ayounger black female on her first day both refused to offer the information requested. I have to describe them as neither had aname tag. The customer was unhappy but polite until they refused to give her the information she requested. The encounterescalated to the point where the employees exhibited rudeness and sarcasm and even told the customer "we get paid enough, wedon't need your money...bye." WOW an employee on her first day actually said this to a customer. Two customer waiting in lineleft, as would I have except I only get 30 minutes for lunch and had used most of that watching this spectacle and with thecustomers that left I moved to the front of the line. Neither employee offered an apology which would have been an excellentstart to addressing her complaint but rather made excuses and took her complaint as an attack rather than an observation. Asincere "I'm sorry" can go a long way to defusing what can and did in this case turn into a horrible example of customer serviceand the disrespect shown to a customer trying to spend money. Read more
