Enjoyed the wrap-around booth so our party of 5 adults could all sit together and face each other. One person got a... delicious-looking large salad with grilled chicken, lettuce and apples which they said was delicious. The rest of us just hadfries and drinks. The service was fast and helpful when there was a slight issue with the soda machines. We were treated verywell and can recommend. Clean restrooms. Read more
This place deserves NO STARS. I was ordering through the drive thru and the lady was so rude. She kept on asking me to hurry up... because it was almost time for her break. Once i was done ordering she said "OK pull up ****" . Once i got to the window to payshe rolled her eyes at me and someone else took her spot. They took FOREVER to get my food so I had to go inside and get itmyself. Once I stepped inside the same lady who was being rude to me was trying to stop a fight because her boyfriend wasattacking one of the families there. (I tried to snap a picture)The manager then had to deal with the situation and the lady gotfired. I'm not saying she deserved it but God's timing is always right. I'm so glad I'm from lake county and i will never haveto deal with this place again. Read more
Ordered a biggie bag for delivery (double stack, fries, chicken nuggets, frosty). Received....a salad! Tried to call, no... answer. Drove down, then they tried to give me my order that had been sitting on their shelf for at least 30 minutes! Finallygot a fresh order. Of course they said they couldn't refund the delivery fee. If I could use profanity I would...the workers are so disrespectful. The morning manager and her coworkers conversation was more... important than money I guess. I said excuse me, they both looked at me, rolled their eyes and walked to the back withoutsaying a word. Me and my family will never eat at any Wendy's until the manager here is replaced. Wendy's, you really need to dobetter. You were my favorite at one time, but because of my recent experiences, this being the worst, we will no longer eat yourfood until better customer service is exhibited. Read more
Went in the other day at around 11am and there was about 5 people ahead of me. After standing in line for 10 minutes with the... line not moving and virtually no attention being paid to the counter, 1 couple left. A few minutes later with the line notmoving again, I left. It appeared that their attention was more focused on the drive through rather than the inside customers. Igave a 2 rating just because I didn't even have a chance to try the food because of the extremely poor customer service. Read more
They deserve 0 stars. Absolutely terrible place. Two drive through lanes and one is closed at all times. You will wait here... for a very long time every time. Average wait 30 minutes even with just 3 cars ahead of you. The last straw for me was whenthere were 8 cars in the drive through it took 45 minutes to get to the board to order and then another 15 minutes to get yourfood. Rude staff no apology for the long wait they don't care then you still end up with terrible food. I'm done with them. Read more
This place is horrible especially in the evenings I asked for a baconator and got I don't even know what to call it....I tried... to give them another chance waited in drive thru line for 45 min only to be told they are only taken online orders....I will goout my way to the other side of town before I go back to this Wendy's Read more
Seriously. I like sweet tea with my lunch. It's like a lottery with Wendy's. You almost never win and get a good glass. Most of... the time it's brisk out of the machine and not even brewed. When it is brewed it's almost never better than water with a slighthint of tea and just sweet enough where you cannot really say it's unsweetened but you still believe it is deep down. Read more
