This location makes the best drinks, BUT the older nasty lady at the drive through needs an attitude adjustment. She was... complaining that people kept coming through the drive threw and she wanted to go outside. Then she proceeded to literally throwmy change at me no where near my hand and proceeds tell me I can get it if I want. I told her I didn?t need a dime that bad betshe went out and got it. They have the rudest employees in here my coffee was made wrong and they told me I didn?t buy it from here and the manager in... the back came out of nowhere and started yelling that it?s not from here. Every other dunkin i been to has NO ISSUE remaking thecoffe that THEY MESSED UP. Go to a different dunkin!!! Read more
A little disappointed in this one... I asked for cold brew & they just gave me a regular coffee with ice in it to cool it down... so it just tasted like watered down coffee. They also charged me 99 cents because I asked for no ice, which I haven't seen atany other Dunkin's. On the bright side, they're one of the few that still carry the everything bagel bites. Read more
Dear owners? did you really think we wouldn?t notice that you *DOUBLED YOUR PRICES* overnight?! My daily order that used to... cost $8 (and some change) magically jumped to over $17 overnight. Thinking there was a mistake on the app, I called this Dunkinlocation to clarify. He admitted to me they yes, they have in fact DOUBLED their prices. He told me that all the other localDunkins will be doing the same; however, it has been 2 weeks and the other Dunkin locations HAVE NOT changed their prices. Incase you are unaware, there are 2 other Dunkin locations within a mile radius of you whose prices remain unaffected, therefore Iwill gladly drive a few blocks down the road to pay 1/2 of what you are charging. I went thru drive thru on Wednesday and asked for a large ice coffee, no ice and black , nothing in it . I used my free drink on... my app and she scans it and said that will be $1.06 !! I said what for and she said because you have no ice in there , I saidthen put ice in there , I?m not paying because there is no ice . So she probably poured some coffee out and put ice in there. This was so ridiculous and taking advantage!! Will never return there , because they seem to want to rip you off . Read more
I wouldn?t usually take time to review a Dunkin, but this location deserves recognition. Out of every location I visit in the... area, this one is the best. They actually greet you, give you a total and say thank you as you leave. By far the most pleasantstaff, most locations have miserable employees. Orders are also always made well. Read more
