every time we go there, theyre out of numerouse items, today i asked for double meat on my sandwich and she didnt put it on,... then claimed she did,,another cutstomer walked out because she told him his was double meat as well and that they were out ofchicken is why, i as well asked for a wheat bun and got a white bun, i asked for swiss cheese and they were out.i asked forswiss cheese and they were out, this is not the first time we have gotten such rotten service. the time before the girl stoodoutside smoking with a customer and told us she was waiting for the bread to cool and wouldnt even go in a nd make us awrap...im am discusted with the service at your hale, mich location and will pass on thecrappy service to others...... Veggies were not stocked, the workers are extremely slow. I waited for 20 minutes before they started making my sandwich and... there was only one person ahead of me. I also had to tell her how to make my sandwich. Other than that they were really nice. Read more
I went to this Subway to grab a quick bite to eat but after standing there for almost 15 minutes while they served one customer,... I decided that waiting another 15 minutes while they waited on customer ahead of me was too much. There was one that just stoodat the cash register and that was all, nothing else. I went Main Street Pizza where I got cooked food quicker than it was takingat Subway plus it's a lot better food. I am convinced that I drove to Main Street, ordered and got my food before I would havegot my food at Subway. Read more
