They get busy with 3 people , don?t know how to handle when more than 3 ppl order
Came here today at about 10:25 p.m , doors were closed already . Workers were doing nothing until I knocked which of course... shocked them. Continued to ask why is it closed and they just pointed at their wrists. Place closes at 11 . Cmon ? Read more

The new young girl here is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I came here this morning to get breakfast and the attitude she had... I just left somewhere else! I came here this morning like I do every morning because is convenient and around my way. I ordered for curbside and I waited... and waited and no one came so I went inside and my order was just sitting there. I asked for the manager and the girl said hewasn?t available. I can?t call the store because they?re phone is out of service. I explained to them that i ordered forcurbside and that is my order sitting there and asked why nobody brought it to me. Her response was ?we?re busy? but yet therewas only two people when I went inside. You call that busy? No, you?re just lazy and don?t want to do your job! I?m sorry myfriend but this happens EVERY TIME I come. And on top of that , my order is always wrong and I just let it go because I don?thave time to turn back around being that I will be late to where I have to get to. I was late today and the last time because ofyour staffs! The staffs here are so rude and unprofessional. They give you an attitude as if they?re giving you anything forfree. God forbid you have a question. I?m sorry my friend but I will not be coming here anymore. I gave this place the benefitof the doubt because the manager said there will be a lot of changes but yet nothing has changed at all. I definitely do notrecommend this place. I?m sorry, I don?t like leaving bad reviews, but this is just tragic. This is NOT ONE cream, this is ALL cream. There is... absolutely no coffee in this whatsoever, what a waste of money. I didn?t even have time to go back in because I was going to belate to work. I?m not sure if it was just another off day or what, but every time I get coffee from here it?s never made right. I go here often bc it?s on my way to work . But the last few times it?s been terrible . I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a... croissant. the meant was still frozen. Horrible and unorganized and dirty. Manager is non chalant and she shouldn't even be managing a DD! Nothing is ever available... and they are ALWAYS out of one thing or another never replenishing ! This is way people will pay more and get excellentbeverages and items at Starbucks. Would rather go there I stead. HUGE mistake going to this one! Read more
