Good food but messy tables. They probably are understaffed and they were fairly busy so maybe it was tough to keep up.

I have used doordash multiple times and in the last month they have messed up my order 3 times. I ask for 3 things, 3 THINGS. 3... times they have messed up!!! I'm over it. I never leave reviews but i rather everyone know not to doordash them to save yourselftime and money. Read more
I have never had a worst experience with Chipotle at this location than I did tonight. The food was so bad we threw it out. I... went it as customer 277 at 5:15 pm. If there was rice well it must still be in the ground. For the meat, well I can pinch morewith my pinky and thumb than was and tonight and has been in the past several years. Chicken was over cooked and actually burnt.There was so much hot spice that it was unable to be eaten. The pico de galo and queso were the worst offenders and permeatedall 3 dishes made. The pico was the only thing that had substance and this was too much. I don?t know if there has been a suddenshift in the palates they are tryin g to reach or if the employees are trying some sabotage. If the former, not wise, if thelatter, it worked, I will not be back. This disaster was $55.00. No need to make that mistake again. Read more
Don?t come to location expecting to get a quesadilla two other surrounding area chipotle locations allow walk in orders except... this location. The guy was basically done with my order then female employee hiding in the back quickly told him no sorry wecan?t offer this here, she just seems lazy / disrespectful chips are really stale also meat was cold to the touch I even heardother customers complaining it when I walked in the door. Unfortunately this location has gone down hill. They used to be great, but lately it's been disappointing. For starters, the... portions have gotten smaller and the pricing just gets higher. The workers here are extremely stingy with how much they give you(half a scoop of whatever you're asking for) and then double charging you for asking "extra". Their food quality has gone downhill as well. The beans are always dry, to the point where I don't even bother ordering them anymore. Pico is not goodeither. One time , I ordered a burrito and the person making it made it so messy the juices were pouring out while the workerwas trying to wrap it up. I asked for a new one as it was a big mess and the Manger just said to put the burrito into a burritobowl. Like what ??? The fact that you have to place quesdilla only online isn't a good policy either and just seems lazy to me.Take the order and make the rest of the customers order while it cooks. The workers here don't seem to take pride in their workand have no good customer service skills and the mangers are right there with them. We need this location to get a revamp. Wedon't like to visit Racine, but sadly we'll be going to that location from now on as they seem to be serving better quality,fullfilling food. Hales Corner has gone down the drain. Read more
It?s been a while since I?ve been to a Chipotle location and unfortunately this visit was a disappointment. My wife and I both... ordered burrito bowls. My bowl was a steak bowl and the steak was definitely over cooked and dried out. We also ordered somechips on the side and the bag of chips were stale. Super disappointed in this visit. Came in a few minutes after my pick up order was supposed to be ready. It then was 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be... ready. I was good with waiting a bit longer since they get busy around dinner time, but one of the workers came up to me andasked if I was waiting for an order. Turns out someone stole my to-go order, since the person working was the one who checked itand put it out on the to-go shelf. Without me even asking what they could do about it, the worked apologized (not even theirfault) and said they would make a new order right away! Didn?t even need to verify my order number. A couple minutes later theybrought my order out and apologized again. The worker was very nice and had great customer service skills. Wish I would haveasked for their name to give them proper credit.
