Did an online order, went thru drive thru to pick up. Spent over 15 MINS in drive thru waiting. Four cars ahead of me. One left... because he was angry. There is NO ROOM to get out of the line once you?re in it or I would have WENT IN to get my food. When Ifinally got to the window, worker was crabby and RUDE and so was her coworker. They didn?t apologize for the long wait andsnarkily said WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE CAME INSIDE!! This place lost us as a long time regular customer yesterday. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches and a large fry for takeout on 6/18/22. Steak sandwich was perfect, but the 2nd sandwich a Club had very... little meat in it. We did not receive the large fries. Called the store and reported this to the Manager in Hales Corners, WI. Manager said the person that gave the order to my husband, couldn't remember if she gave him the fries. I assured the Managerwe did not receive them, at which point she said she would issue a credit to my husbands card that was used. How many days doesit take to receive the credit? Read more
Very clean compared to others I've been in. I ordered a steak cheddar with bacon on garlic herb ????. I ended up getting the... chicken instead. It tasted so good is why I didn't complain. Thanks to the cook, I have new favorite sandwich. The ???? wasfresh. It tasted so good. Read more
Says they are open until 9pm on the app and 9pm on the door on Fridays, the door was locked at 8pm. Closed. I guess I won't... get food here. Update*** I contacted them at the email they provided in this review and haven't heard back for several weeks. One star. Read more
I really want to give them less stars but don't want this to reflect on the workers but rather corporate. The employees work... hard. Their order website has to be one of the most frustrating I've ever experienced and we use restaurant takeout web orderingalot. Their promotions, i.e. Summerfest tickets, are never valid at the one I go to and you never know until after the fact.Their sandwiches are like 'where's the meat'. I'm going to stop now. Read more
Subs here are great. I removed a star because we had free sub coupons from another store due to a service issue and the staff... was a bit combative over them since they were indeed expired by a month... But we we were given the coupons a week ago. Read more
