Food was good as usual, but overall, discouraging visit. Two staff members were nipping at each other. Customer next to me... waited ten minutes for fries for his takeout order. I waited almost twenty minutes for my food. Another customer told me thisplace has gone down hill since a change in management. I know places are running low on help, and good help at that. Wow! Definitely not as good as they used to be. If you go through the drive thru your burgers look like the burger was run over.... Wait time inside and the drive through take forever. Not sure if it?s due to the lack of staff or them just not caring. For the$$ you spend it?s definitely not worth it! Read more
Stood at counter for 5 minutes and left. only two people working counter and one was training. they were having a great time... bagging food. I looked at the calories of what I would have ordered and said heck I don't need this place. won't be back. Read more
Had the pleasure of stopping into the hales corners Culver?s this evening and I was greeted by one of the sweetest customer... service employees, Jimmy. He was patient, kind, and made sure to have our order correct. At the end of the meal we treatedourselves to some ice cream and Jimmy made sure to get our ice cream for us quickly ! Had a great experience at this Culver?s today, mainly thanks to Jimmy who was working the register. He efficiently helped me get... the cheese curds that were forgotten on my order and did so with a positive attitude, even though it was very busy. This place is a mess. No organization. There must have been 20 people working and there were easily 20 customers waiting in the... lobby to order and there was ONE register open. It was madness. Also a lot of employees with long hair not tied back. Gross. Thegirl taking food from the cooks was regularly touching the burgers in for here containers even though she had tongs available. Lots of employees standing around looking overwhelmed and confused. There's clearly a lack of training going on here andprobably some staffing issues. If you want Culver's go to the one on 60th and Layton instead. This one is not recommended untilthey can figure out their staffing and cleanliness. Read more

Culver's food is better than McDonald's & usually better than most drive-thru burger joints. But this location in particular... tends to have some hit-or-miss experiences. Sometimes they forget an item, sometimes the person who made the concrete mixerwasn't paying close attention & nicked the lid so you get broken plastic in your concrete mixers. Sometimes they haveshort-staffed cashiers. Last time I was there, the cashier asked for help and the girl she asked shook her head & walked away.So, it's really a 50/50 shot of everything going right vs having to go back & complain. I love the food but with this locationit's a little bit of a game of chance. Read more
