Forgot to buy coffee the night before to make at home so I Stopped in this morning to get a nice cup before work. The line was... short, only 3 vehicals away from the drive through and somehow it took 30 minutes from this point to when I got my coffee. Iexpected there to be a bit of time but 30 minutes is excessive and to top things off my hot coffee was cold so in other words Iwasted 30 minutes and way too much money on garbage and ended up going to kwik trip for so good, hot coffee, that's way cheaper.Lesson learned don't waste your time at this location Read more
The Waunakee Dunkin Donuts is sadly lacking in SO many areas! Stopped by this morning, half of our $22 order was wrong. The... coffee was lukewarm. I seriously thought about employment there, but I don't want to be a glorified (or unglorified)"babysitter" . Just being honest ???? Read more
2nd time I ordered a latte and was given caramel flavored coffee. I believe it's done intentionally. Also, very rude and dirty.
I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Obviously didn?t receive it. But love how they cut the bagel so poorly. I thought it was... missing. It wasn?t that?s literally how they gave the bagel. I don?t know why I keep trying to give this place a second chance.I?ve gotten doughnuts and they seem to ALWAYS put the napkins on top of the icing of the doughnut which obviously means it?severywhere. Stood inside for 10 mins at the counter while 3 different employees stood around, made eye contact with me and made zero effort... to take my order. This location has terrible service. Franchisee should definitely be aware. I?ll spend my money down thestreet from now on. Read more

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a large Caramel Craze Latte and got a large cup that was only half filled.... How incredibly disappointing to pay full price for half a latte. I will not be coming back. Edit: I called about my latte beingonly half of a cup and the guy who answered said their latte machine has been messing up the ratios therefore it accidentallymade only that much. I read the other reviews on here, other patrons have had the same problem. At this point, it looks morelike false advertising. Read more
The food tasted like it had been sitting out for an hour. Cold and stale. Ordered a hot latte, picked it up and it was cold,... gave incorrect food items. DEFINITELY not worth the price. Paid $11 for a coffee, 1 donut, and a small breakfast wrap that wasmissing egg. Read more
